Grade 1 Follicular LymphomaGrade 2 Follicular Lymphoma6 moreThis phase II trial studies the effect of acalabrutinib and obinutuzumab in treating patients with follicular lymphoma or other indolent non-Hodgkin lymphoma for which the patient has not received treatment in the past (previously untreated). Acalabrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Immunotherapy with obinutuzumab may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving acalabrutinib and obinutuzumab may kill more cancer cells.

Acute Myeloid LeukemiaLymphoma1 moreThe goal of this clinical trial is To assess the safety and tolerability of PEP07 administered orally as a single dose and at escalating dose levels, and, to determine the dose-limiting toxicity (DLT) of study treatment in patients with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) and Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL). To determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and/or recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) of PEP07 monotherapy. Participants will receive PEP07 administered orally once daily (QD) for 2 consecutive days and 5 days off, every week for 4 weeks until disease progression, intolerable toxicity, confirmed pregnancy, death, consent withdrawal, HSCT or other anti-cancer treatment is required, or the Sponsor ends the study, whichever occurs first.

Mantle Cell LymphomaThis is a single-arm phase 2 study to evaluate the preliminary evidence of efficacy and safety of the combination of acalabrutinib, lenalidomide and rituximab (ALR) in previously untreated mantle cell lymphoma. The study includes an induction phase consisting of 12 cycles of ALR. Responding subjects will be eligible to enter a maintenance phase. Subjects will continue maintenance ALR until disease progression, development of unacceptable toxicity, or voluntary withdrawal. Subjects will be followed after completing study intervention every 6 months for alternate anti-cancer therapy and survival.

Recurrent Mantle Cell LymphomaRefractory Mantle Cell LymphomaThis phase II trial investigates the side effects of CD19 chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T cells and acalabrutinib, and to see how well they work in treating patients with mantle cell lymphoma that has come back (relapsed) or does not respond to treatment (refractory). T cells are infection fighting blood cells that can kill cancer cells. The T cells given in this study will come from the patient and will have a new gene put in them that makes them able to recognize CD19, a protein on the surface of the cancer cells. These CD19-specific T cells may help the body's immune system identify and kill CD19 positive cancer cells. Acalabrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving CD19 CAR T cells together with acalabrutinib may kill more cancer cells.

Mantle Cell LymphomaThe OASIS II trial is a multicentre, open label, randomized phase II trial. We will compare the efficacy of Ibrutinib/anti-CD20 Ab versus Ibrutinib/anti-CD20 Ab/Venetoclax given as fixed duration combinations in newly diagnosed Mantle Cell Lymphoma (MCL) patients (≥ 18 years and < 80 years of age). Treatment duration of Ibrutinib and Venetoclax will be a maximum of two years. Patients will be treated with CD20 Ab for 3.5 years. The primary aim is to assess MRD status at 6 months in both arms.
