B-Cell LymphomaB Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia7 moreThis trial aims to demonstrate the feasibility of this approach to reliably generate product and to safely administer the product to patients who have B-Cell Lymphoma and B-Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia.
Study of BTK Inhibitor LOXO-305 Versus Approved BTK Inhibitor Drugs in Patients With Mantle Cell...
LymphomaMantle-CellThis is a study for participants with a type of blood cancer called mantle cell lymphoma (MCL). The main purpose is to compare pirtobrutinib (LOXO-305) to other drugs that work in a similar way that have already been approved by the United States Food and Drug Administration (US FDA). Participation could last up to two years, and possibly longer, if the disease does not progress.
PSB202 in Patients With Previously Treated-, Relapsed-, Indolent B-Cell Malignancies
Follicular LymphomaChronic Lymphocytic Leukemia/Small Lymphocytic Lymphoma6 moreProduct: PSB202 is a novel biological entity consisting of two engineered monoclonal antibodies, an Fc-enhanced humanized type II anti-CD20 IgG1 (PSB102) and a humanized anti-CD37 IgG1 (PSB107), that target B-cells. PSB202 is manufactured to work as a single product with the two components of PSB202 enabling a distinct dual target-specific antibody directed cell killing of B-cells. Study: Multi-center-, International Phase 1a/1b (Escalation/Expansion) study in patients with indolent-, relapsed-, B-cell malignancies. The Phase 1a (Dose Escalation) part of study follows a 3+3 design.
CONFIRM: Magnetic Resonance Guided Radiation Therapy
Gastric CancerInvasive Breast Cancer4 moreThis research is being done to determine the safety and feasibility of using a type of radiation guided by magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and chemotherapy to treat patients with gastric and breast cancer. The name of the radiation machine involved in this study is the MRIdian Linear Accelerator.
Genetically Risk-Stratified Venetoclax, Ibrutinib, Rituximab (± Navitoclax) in Relapsed/Refractory...
Mantle Cell Lymphoma RefractoryThis is an open label, multi-centre, phase II study in which RR MCL patients will be genetically risk-stratified into Standard risk (no 9p21.1-24.3 loss, no SMARCA2 or SMARCA4 mut/del) and High risk (9p21.1-24.3 loss, SMARCA2 and/or SMARCA4 mut/del). Patients without the high-risk mutations will be treated with ibrutinib, rituximab and venetoclax. Patients with the high-risk mutations will be treated with ibrutinib, rituximab, venetoclax and navitoclax.
ZR2 Sequential Immunochemotherapy for Newly Treated MCL
RituximabLenalidomide1 morePatients with newly diagnosed MCL were treated with ZR2 regimen for 3 cycles, followed by 3 cycles of immunochemotherapy, and zebrutinib maintenance therapy for 2 years after the end of induction therapy, in order to improve the remission rate and prognosis of patients with induction therapy.
A Pilot "Window-3" Study of Acalabrutinib Plus Rituximab Followed by Brexucabtagene Autoleucel Therapy...
LymphomaMantle Cell LymphomaTo learn if giving acalabrutinib, rituximab, and brexucabtagene autoleucel to patients with previously untreated high-risk mantle cell lymphoma (MCL) can help to control the disease.
A Study to Evaluate Glofitamab as a Single Agent vs. Investigator's Choice in Participants With...
LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of glofitamab monotherapy compared with an investigator's choice of either rituximab plus bendamustine (BR), or lenalidomide with rituximab (R-Len) in patients with relapsed or refractory (R/R) mantle cell lymphoma (MCL).
IKS03 in Patients With Advanced B Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas
B-cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaDiffuse Large B Cell Lymphoma3 moreThis first-in-human study will evaluate the recommended dose for further clinical development, safety, tolerability, antineoplastic activity, immunogenicity, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics of IKS03, a CD19 targeting antibody-drug conjugate, in patients with advanced B cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL).
