RO4929097 and Capecitabine in Treating Patients With Refractory Solid Tumors
Adult Grade III Lymphomatoid GranulomatosisAdult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell Lymphoma85 moreThis phase I clinical trial is studying the side effects and best dose of RO4929097 when given together with capecitabine in treating patients with refractory solid tumors. RO4929097 may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving RO4929097 together with chemotherapy may kill more tumor cells.
Bortezomib and Azacitidine in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory T-Cell Lymphoma
Adult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell LymphomaAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma10 moreRATIONALE: Bortezomib and azacitidine may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of bortezomib when given together with azacitidine in treating patients with relapsed or refractory T-cell lymphoma.
Phase 1 Nilotinib in Steroid Dependent/Refractory Chronic Graft Versus Host Disease
Bone Marrow Transplant FailureLymphoma4 morePRIMARY OBJECTIVES: Determine the safety and tolerability of nilotinib in steroid dependent / refractory cGVHD. SECONDARY OBJECTIVES: Determine the clinical efficacy of nilotinib in steroid dependent / refractory cGVHD.
Gleevec in Relapsed/Refractory T Cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma
T Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaThe purpose of this research study is to evaluate the overall response rate to imatinib mesylate in participants with relapsed or refractory T cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. This drug has been used in chronic myeloid leukemia and information from those other research studies suggests that it may help to treat T cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma.
Efficacy and Safety Study of Fostamatinib Disodium Tablets to Treat T-Cell Lymphoma
T Cell LymphomaPatients meeting specific inclusion and exclusion criteria will be enrolled in two stages, 19 patients in Stage 1 and 36 patients in Stage 2. Stage 2 will enroll if 4 or more patients exhibit a response at Week 8 or later in the study. All enrolled patients will be treated with Fostamatinib Disodium until disease progression. Efficacy will be assessed by tumor measurements using CT and PET (when indicated) scans and physical exam at baseline, and scans and physical exam of all disease-involved areas every 8 weeks until progression. Safety will be assessed by periodic physical exams, clinical laboratory studies, and adverse events. All patients will have a follow-up visit 30 days following last study drug treatment. Blood samples for PK assessment will be obtained from all patients enrolled in Stage 1 at protocol defined intervals.
High-Dose Chemotherapy With or Without Total-Body Irradiation Followed by Autologous Stem Cell Transplant...
Adult Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in RemissionAdult Acute Myeloid Leukemia in Remission59 moreThis pilot trial studies different high-dose chemotherapy regimens with or without total-body irradiation (TBI) to compare how well they work when given before autologous stem cell transplant (ASCT) in treating patients with hematologic cancer or solid tumors. Giving high-dose chemotherapy with or without TBI before ASCT stops the growth of cancer cells by stopping them from dividing or killing them. After treatment, stem cells are collected from the patient's blood or bone marrow and stored. More chemotherapy may be given to prepare for the stem cell transplant. The stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy.
Vorinostat in Treating Patients With Metastatic or Unresectable Solid Tumors or Lymphoma and Liver...
Adult Grade III Lymphomatoid GranulomatosisAdult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell Lymphoma62 moreThis phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of vorinostat in treating patients with metastatic or unresectable solid tumors or lymphoma and liver dysfunction. (closed for accrual as of 04/05/2010) Vorinostat may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Vorinostat may have different effects in patients who have changes in their liver function.

TumorsCutaneous T-Cell LymphomaThe phase I study will evaluate the safety, efficacy and pharmacokinetics of LBH589B in adult patients with advanced solid tumors or Cutaneous T-cell lymphoma
A Phase 2 Study of SP-02L in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma (PTCL)...
Peripheral T-Cell LymphomaThis study is a phase 2 multinational, multicenter, single-arm, open-label, non-randomized study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of SP-02L monotherapy in relapsed or refractory patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma.
A Trial of E7777 in Persistent and Recurrent Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma
Persistent or Recurrent Cutaneous T-Cell LymphomaThe purpose of this trial is to assess the efficacy of E7777 in participants with recurrent or persistent Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma (CTCL) in Stage I - III participants as assessed by objective response rate (ORR). A lead-in dose-finding part was used to determine dose level 9 microgram per kilogram (mcg/kg) E7777 that is being used to test efficacy and safety.
