It may also help doctors find better ways to treat the cancer. PURPOSE: This research trial studies biomarkers in tumor tissue samples from patients with peripheral T-cell lymphoma or natural killer cell neoplasms.

PURPOSE: This clinical trial is studying quality of life in patients who are undergoing donor bone marrow transplantation.

PURPOSE: This research study is looking at blood and tissue samples from patients with aggressive non-Hodgkin B-cell lymphoma or Hodgkin lymphoma.

RATIONALE: Studying bone marrow and blood samples from patients with leukemia or lymphoma treated with arsenic trioxide may help doctors learn more about cancer. PURPOSE: This research study is assessing arsenic trioxide in young patients with recurrent or refractory leukemia or lymphoma who were treated on clinical trial NCI-00-C-0070J.

PURPOSE: This laboratory study is looking at biomarkers using tissue samples from older patients with diffuse large B-cell lymphoma treated with combination chemotherapy with or without rituximab on clinical trial ECOG-E4494.

PURPOSE: This research study is looking at methemoglobinemia in young patients with hematologic cancer or aplastic anemia treated with dapsone.

RATIONALE: Gathering information about how often metabolic syndrome occurs in young survivors of childhood cancer may help doctors learn more about the disease. PURPOSE: This clinical trial is studying metabolic syndrome in survivors of childhood cancer and in their healthy sisters and brothers.

The aim of the proposed study is to assess endothelial function and IMT, as correlates of cardiovascular disease (CVD), in young adult Hodgkin's disease (HD) survivors, and to relate endothelial function to other risk factors including obesity, dyslipidemia, hyperinsulinemia and fasting glucose.
