Clarithromycin + Lenalidomide Combination: a Full Oral Treatment for Patients With Relapsed/Refractory...
Mucosa Associated Lymphoid Tissue (MALT) LymphomaPatients with lymphoid tissue lymphoma mucosa-associated (MALT) for which the standard treatments with radiotherapy, chemotherapy and / or immunotherapy show lack of efficacy
Pembrolizumab in Untreated B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoproliferative Diseases
Follicular LymphomaIndolent B-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma1 moreThis phase II trial studies how well pembrolizumab works in treating patients with B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoproliferative diseases that have not been treated. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
Nivolumab for Relapsed, Refractory, or Detectable Disease Post Chimeric Antigen Receptor T-cell...
Recurrent Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaRecurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma16 moreThis phase II trial studies how well nivolumab works for the treatment of hematological malignancies that have come back (relapsed), does not respond (refractory), or is detectable after CAR T cell therapy. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
Lenalidomide and Blinatumomab for the Treatment of Relapsed Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
Recurrent Burkitt LymphomaRecurrent Diffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma24 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of lenalidomide and blinatumomab when given together in treating patients with non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned after a period of improvement (relapsed). Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, use substances made from living organisms that may stimulate or suppress the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Blinatumomab is a monoclonal antibody that may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread.
UCB Transplant for Hematological Diseases Using a Non Myeloablative Prep
Acute LeukemiaAcute Myeloid Leukemia23 moreThis is a phase II trial using a non-myeloablative cyclophosphamide/ fludarabine/total body irradiation (TBI) preparative regimen with modifications based on factors including diagnosis, disease status, and prior treatment. Single or double unit selected according to current University of Minnesota umbilical cord blood graft selection algorithm.
Significance of Duration of Maintenance Therapy With Rituximab in Non-Hodgkin Lymphomas
Follicular LymphomasImmunocytomas4 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine if an extended maintenance therapy with Rituximab in follicular and a maintenance therapy in other indolent and mantle cell lymphomas has advantages compared to a shorter or no maintenance therapy.
A Study of Ibrutinib With Rituximab in People With Untreated Marginal Zone Lymphoma
Marginal Zone LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to see if the combination of rituximab and ibrutinib can help people with marginal zone lymphoma who have not received treatment in the past. The study will also compare the combination of rituximab and ibrutinib with the combination of rituximab and placebo to see which combination works better.
Phase II Study of Chlorambucil and Subcutaneous Rituximab in Patients With Extranodal MALT Lymphoma...
MALT LymphomaSingle arm phase II study of Chlorambucil in combination with subcutaneous Rituximab followed by maintenance therapy with subcutaneous Rituximab in patients with histologically proven diagnosis of CD20-positive marginal zone B-cell lymphoma of MALT type arisen at any extranodal site, either de novo, or relapsed following local therapy (including surgery, radiotherapy and antibiotics for H. pylori-positive gastric lymphoma).
RCT of Intralesional Rituximab Injection Versus Involved Site Radiation Therapy in Ocular Adnexal...
Primary Ocular Adnexal MALT LymphomaThis project proposes to establish a prospective, multicenter, randomized, controlled clinical study to compare the safety and efficacy of Intralesional Rituximab Injection versus Involved Site Radiation Therapy for the treatment of primary ocular adnexal MALT lymphoma. The aim is to provide high-level clinical evidence for the treatment of ocular adnexal MALT lymphoma and to offer patients treatment options that have fewer complications and comparable therapeutic effects.
Comparison Between Rituximab Plus Zanubrutinib Versus Rituximab Monotherapy in Untreated SMZL Patients...
Splenic Marginal Zone LymphomaThe goal of this clinical trial is to compare the efficacy and tolerability of the combination of two medicinal products, rituximab, and zanubrutinib, compared to rituximab monotherapy in patients with Splenic Marginal Zone Lymphoma (SMZL), previously untreated and who need systemic treatment. The main questions it aims to answer are: Is the combination rituximab and zanubrutinib a more effective therapy than rituximab monotherapy? Is the combination therapy, rituximab and zanubrutinib, well tolerated? Study participants will be put into one of the two treatment groups (rituximab and zanubrutinib or rituximab alone) for a maximum of two years and will undergo regular visits until three years from treatment start.
