This is a pilot study to determine safety, efficacy, and potential risks of robot assisted nipple sparing mastectomy (RNSM), by utilizing the daVinci surgical system.

This is a multicenter, non-randomized, prospective cohort study. The purpose of the study is to identify constitutional genetic factors associated with histological response, resistance or sensibility to treatment in human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2)-positive breast cancer. 9000 patients will be enrolled in this study. Blood samples will be collected after informed consent and inclusion in the study. Patients will be treated and followed according to the standards of their treating center. They will be followed every six months for five years.

The investigators propose to use clinically validated patient avatar technology ("PDXovo") that can test multiple drugs against patients' cancers to identify the most promising systemic therapy for each individual.

This study examines the long-term effects of tamoxifen (TAM) treatment on excessive production of neutrophil extracellular traps (NET) and their impact on breast cancer and side effects. NET are produced by the body to fight infections but have also been linked to side effects caused by the body's immune system. Treatment with tamoxifen increases the production of NETs. This study may help researchers determine if the increased number of NETs in the body has a damaging effect in breast cancer.

This is a multicenter, open and observational real world study. The main purpose of this study is to map the genomic variation map of young breast cancer patients in China, and to analyze the relationship between gene mutation and therapeutic effect of young breast cancer patients. The secondary purpose was to analyze the relationship between gene mutation and prognosis of young breast cancer patients. We expect to enroll 2000 young breast cancer patients (≤35 years old). All patients were detected by targeted next generation sequencing （NGS）(600+ gene panel). Clinical diagnosis, treatment and prognosis information were collected. The Stratification factors mainly include stage, molecular type and treatment method.

This study is aimed to illustrate whether Radiomics combining multiparametric MRI before and after neoadjuvant chemotherapy (NACT) with clinical data is a good way to predict axillary lymph node metastasis and prognosis in invasive-breast-cancer.

Myeloid-Derived Suppressor Cell Function in Breast Cancer Patients

Chemotherapy is an important means to prolong the survival time of advanced breast cancer. As a new type of microtubule inhibitor, eribulin has a unique mechanism of action. Compared with single drug chemotherapy, it can improve the overall survival time of 2.5 months, increase the clinical benefit rate by 5 times, and the tolerance of eribulin is good. Therefore, the guidelines at home and abroad recommend eribulin for the rescue of advanced breast cancer. However, up to now, there is no large sample data on the efficacy of eribulin combined with anti HER2 targeted therapy in HER2 + metastatic breast cancer, and the efficacy of combined immunotherapy in triple negative metastatic breast cancer. Moreover, as a newly marketed chemotherapy drug in China, the efficacy and safety data of eribulin in Chinese population are relatively lacking. Therefore, we plan to include different types and line numbers of advanced breast cancer patients based on the Chinese population through real-world research, and receive the treatment regimen containing eribulin respectively. In HR + / her2-mbc, we use eribulin monotherapy; in HER2 + MBC, we use eribulin + anti HER2 targeted therapy; in TNBC, we use eribulin + immunotherapy / chemotherapy, The efficacy and safety of eribulin were evaluated.

The purpose of this research is to determine whether a 16-week high intensity interval training (HIIT) exercise program will improve brain health among women undergoing chemotherapy and also improve cardiovascular (heart) function. This is a pilot, prospective, interventional, monocentric study designed to evaluate, in a real-life situation, adherence to tamoxifen treatment as a function of the taking of alternative and complementary therapies in patients with localized hormone-dependent breast cancer. 200 patients will be included in the study. Each patient will be followed for one day.
