A Study on Adding Precisely Targeted Radiation Therapy (Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy) to...

Oligometastatic Breast CarcinomaBreast Cancer4 more

The purpose of this study is to see if using Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy/SBRT to treat a single metastatic site where cancer has worsened may be an effective treatment for people with oligometastatic breast cancer. Participants will stay on their usual drug therapy while they receive SBRT. This combination of SBRT to a single metastatic site and usual drug therapy may prevent participants' cancer from worsening in other metastatic sites or spreading.

BI-1607 in Combination With Trastuzumab in Subjects With HER2-positive Advanced Solid Tumors

HER2-positive Breast CancerHER2-positive Gastric Cancer3 more

HER2+ breast and gastric cancer patients' survival is significantly improved by trastuzumab alone or in combination with chemotherapy. However, many patients remain uncured and develop resistance to trastuzumab resulting in relapse or progression of the disease. BI-1607, a human immunoglobulin G1 (IgG1) monoclonal antibody (mAb) targets CD32b (Fc Gamma Receptor IIB), it is intended to enhance the efficacy and overcome resistance to existing cancer treatments such as trastuzumab. This is a Phase 1/2a, first-in-human, open-label, multicenter, dose-escalation, consecutive-cohort study of BI-1607 in combination with trastuzumab in subjects with HER2+ advanced solid tumors whose tumor has progressed after standard therapy.

SKB264 +/- KL-A167 in Recurrent or Metastatic HER2-negative Breast Cancer

Triple-negative Breast Cancer and HR+/HER2- BC

The purpose of this study is to assess the safety and tolerability and preliminary antitumor activity of SKB264 with/without KL-A167 in patients with unresectable locally advanced, recurrent or metastatic TNBC and HR+/HER2- BC .The study is divided into three parts.Part 1(TNBC): exploratory phase of the efficacy and safety of the combination treatment. Part 2(TNBC): The subjects will be randomized to treatment group for SKB264 + KL-A167 or SKB264 . Part 3(HR+/HER2- BC): The subjects will be randomized to treatment group for SKB264 + KL-A167 or SKB264 .

Sentinel lympH Node Biopsy With Indocyanine Green in Breast Cancer After NEoadjuvant Chemotherapy...

Breast Cancer

This is a prospective, open-label, within-patient clinical trial to determine the accuracy of Indocyanine green (ICG) guided sentinel lymph node biopsy (SLNB) compared to the standard dual-tracer SLNB in breast cancer patients who have had chemotherapy as a first treatment using a non-inferiority design. Patients with operable breast cancer treated with chemotherapy and eligible for SLNB will be included in the study. During surgery, ICG will be injected and used to identify fluorescent sentinel nodes using a hand-held imaging camera; radiotracer and blue dye will also be used as per standard protocols. Intraoperative and clinicopathologic outcomes such as complications, characteristics of nodes, false negative rates and feasibility will be assessed. Patients will be asked to complete standardized patient reported outcome questionnaires (Breast-Q, FACT-B+4, VAS) to define the patient experience with this novel technique.

The Choice of Treatment Methods and Efficacy of LABC

Locally Advanced Breast Cancer

The goal of this clinical trial is to compare the therapeutic effects of chemotherapy followed by surgery and surgery followed by chemotherapy in patients with locally advanced breast cancer(LABC). Patients with LABC will be randomly divided into two groups, each receiving chemotherapy followed by surgery or surgery followed by chemotherapy. The main comparison was between the disease-free survival (DFS) of two groups of patients, with the secondary study endpoint being overall survival (OS); Five year survival; Local recurrence or distant metastasis rate.

Improving Lifestyle Behavior by "Joven, Fuerte y Saludable" Multidisciplinary Program.

Breast Neoplasm

Breast cancer is the leading cause of mortality in women worldwide. Latin-American women are diagnosed at younger ages, in advanced stages, and with aggressive molecular subtypes. Lifestyle seems related to these aggressive conditions and worse outcomes. The present study seeks to evaluate the effect of a hybrid multidisciplinary intervention for implementing a healthy lifestyle to modify the personal and internal exposome of young women with breast cancer. This randomized controlled experimental study with two groups: Group 1: Hybrid multidisciplinary lifestyle education intervention. Group 2: Individualized hybrid multidisciplinary lifestyle interventions. The multidisciplinary lifestyle intervention program includes oncology, nutrition, physiotherapy, and psychology interventions.

A Study for the Neoadjuvant Treatment of Breast Cancer

Breast Cancer

Due to the unique advantages of albumin-bound paclitaxel, several studies in China and abroad have tried to use albumin-bound paclitaxel for neoadjuvant treatment of breast cancer up to now. However, comparative studies between paclitaxel and docetaxel are still rare, In this study, a prospective, randomized, open-label, multi-center clinical study was conducted to analyse the efficacy and safety of albumin-bound paclitaxel and docetaxel in the neoadjuvant treatment of breast cancer, and to further analyse the efficacy and safety of albumin paclitaxel in combination with chemotherapy for postoperative breast cancer in different subtypes of breast cancer patients, in order to obtain more realistic data and provide new treatment options for breast cancer patients.
