Study of Vorinostat (MK-0683) With Follicular Lymphoma (FL), Other Indolent B-cell Non-Hodgkin's...

Lymphoma

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and efficacy of vorinostat (MK-0683) in participants with relapsed and/or refractory follicular lymphoma. The exploratory purpose of this study is to evaluate efficacy of MK-0683 in participants with relapsed/refractory non-FL indolent B-NHL or relapsed/refractory MCL. The primary hypothesis is that MK-0683 will show efficacy in relapsed/refractory FL patients as measured by the Overall Response Rate.

Bortezomib and Lenalidomide in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Mantle Cell Lymphoma...

Recurrent Mantle Cell Lymphoma

This phase II trial studies how well bortezomib and lenalidomide work in treating patients with mantle cell lymphoma that has come back after a period of improvement (refractory) or is not responding to treatment (refractory). Bortezomib may also stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some proteins needed for cell growth. Lenalidomide may stimulate the immune system to kill cancer cells and may also block the growth of new blood vessels necessary for cell growth. Giving bortezomib with lenalidomide may be an effective treatment for relapsed or refractory mantle cell lymphoma.

Non-Hodgkin's LymphomaMantle Cell Lymphoma

The purpose of this study is to assess the antitumor effects and safety of bendamustine hydrochloride (SyB L-0501) in patients with indolent B-cell non-Hodgkin's lymphoma or mantle cell lymphoma.

AMG 319 Lymphoid Malignancy FIH

CancerChronic Lymphocytic Leukemia12 more

This is a multi-center, phase 1, open-label first-in-human study of AMG 319 in subjects with relapsed or refractory lymphoid malignancies. This study consists of two parts. The dose exploration in part 1, studies cohorts of 3 subjects with relapsed or refractory lymphoid malignancies and uses a practical continuous reassessment model [CRM] to guide dose escalation and to define the MTD. The dose expansion in part 2 will enroll 20 subjects with CLL at a dose no higher than the MTD and further explore the safety, PK, and clinical activity of AMG 319 in this patient population.

Comparison Of 2 Doses Of Temsirolimus (Torisel) In Patients With Mantle Cell Lymphoma

Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

This study will compare the effectiveness and safety of two different doses of temsirolimus (Torisel).

Sorafenib in Treating Patients With Recurrent Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma

Anaplastic Large Cell LymphomaRecurrent Adult Diffuse Large Cell Lymphoma1 more

Sorafenib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking blood flow to the cancer and by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. This phase II trial is studying how well sorafenib works in treating patients with chemosensitive recurrent aggressive non-Hodgkin's lymphoma

PXD101 and Bortezomib in Treating Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors or Lymphomas

Adult Grade III Lymphomatoid GranulomatosisAnaplastic Large Cell Lymphoma60 more

This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of PXD101 and bortezomib in treating patients with advanced solid tumors or lymphomas. PXD101 and bortezomib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. PXD101 may also cause cancer cells to look more like normal cells, and to grow and spread more slowly. Giving PXD101 together with bortezomib may kill more cancer cells.

Gossypol, Paclitaxel, and Carboplatin in Treating Patients With Solid Tumors That Are Metastatic...

Adult Grade III Lymphomatoid GranulomatosisAdult Nasal Type Extranodal NK/T-cell Lymphoma80 more

This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of gossypol when given together with paclitaxel and carboplatin in treating patients with solid tumors that are metastatic or cannot be removed by surgery. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as gossypol, paclitaxel, and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving gossypol together with paclitaxel and carboplatin may kill more tumor cells

Cyclophosphamide for Prevention of Graft-Versus-Host Disease After Allogeneic Peripheral Blood Stem...

Accelerated Phase Chronic Myelogenous LeukemiaAdult Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Remission66 more

This phase II trial studies how well cyclophosphamide works in preventing chronic graft-versus-host disease after allogeneic peripheral blood stem cell transplant in patients with hematological malignancies. Giving chemotherapy and total-body irradiation before transplantation helps stop the growth of cancer cells and prevents the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells. Healthy stem cells from a donor that are infused into the patient help the patient's bone marrow make blood cells; red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Sometimes, however, the transplanted donor cells can cause an immune response against the body's normal cells, which is called graft-versus-host disease (GVHD). Giving cyclophosphamide after transplant may prevent this from happening or may make chronic GVHD less severe.

Prolonged or Standard Infusion of Cefepime Hydrochloride in Treating Patients With Febrile Neutropenia...

Adult Acute Lymphoblastic LeukemiaAdult Acute Myeloid Leukemia38 more

This randomized pilot clinical trial studies how well giving prolonged infusion compared to standard infusion of cefepime hydrochloride works in treating patients with febrile neutropenia. Giving cefepime hydrochloride over a longer period of time may be more effective than giving cefepime hydrochloride over the standard time.
