Background: The protein mesothelin is found on many kinds of tumors. The drug LMB-100 targets cancer cells that make this protein. Researchers want to see if LMB-100 combined with another drug can help people with these tumors. Objective: To find a safe dose of LMB-100 plus tofacitinib in people with pancreatic cancer, bile-duct cancer, and other solid tumors that make mesothelin. Eligibility: People ages 18 and older with pancreatic cancer, bile-duct cancer, or any other solid tumor with mesothelin that worsened after treatment or they could not receive standard treatment Design: Participants will be screened with: Medical history Tumor tissue sample. If they do not have a sample, they will have a biopsy. Physical exam Blood and heart tests Scans and x-rays: They may have a dye injected for the scans. Participants will take the drugs in up to three 21-day cycles. They will take tofacitinib by mouth twice a day on days 1-10 of each cycle. They will have LMB-100 injected into the blood on days 4, 6, and 8 of every cycle. Patients that do not have a medi-port may need to have a central vein access line placed. Participants will take other drugs on the days they receive LMB-100. Participants will repeat screening tests during the study. They may have a biopsy at the start of the first 2 cycles. If participants must stop the study, they will have a safety visit 3-6 weeks after their last dose of the study drug. Some participants may then have visits every 6 weeks. After treatment, participants will be contacted about once a year. They will be asked about their cancer.

The purpose of this study is to assess the effectiveness and safety of intraperitoneal administration of heated nanoliposomal Irinotecan in cytoreductive surgery (CRS), which is surgery designed to remove as much of the cancer as possible, and heated intraperitoneal chemotherapy (HIPEC) procedures.

This is a non-randomized open label multicentre Phase II trial to evaluate the response rate of PF03446962 in patients with advanced malignant pleural mesothelioma who have been previously treated with cytotoxic chemotherapy.

RATIONALE: Pemetrexed disodium may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. PURPOSE: This randomized phase II trial is studying how well pemetrexed disodium or observation works in treating patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma without progressive disease after first-line chemotherapy.

The main objective of the trial is to document the efficacy of NGR-hTNF administered as maintenance treatment at 0.8 µg/m2 weekly in advanced malignant pleural mesothelioma

Our hypothesis is that the addition of bevacizumab to the standard chemotherapy treatment of MPM will improve overall survival and quality of life beyond that achieved with chemotherapy alone.

The goal of this clinical research study is to learn how dasatinib affects biomarker levels in patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma that may be able to be removed by surgery. The safety and effectiveness of this drug will also be studied. This research study is financially supported by the United States Department of Defense.

RATIONALE: Sorafenib and pemetrexed may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Sorafenib may also stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking blood flow to the tumor. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Giving sorafenib together with pemetrexed and cisplatin may kill more tumor cells. PURPOSE: This phase I trial is studying the side effects and best dose of sorafenib when given together with pemetrexed and cisplatin in treating patients with advanced solid tumors.

The purpose of this study is to find the safety of combination gene therapy and chemotherapy in patients with malignant pleural mesothelioma. Pleural catheter will be placed first, then pts will receive 2 doses of intrapleural vector followed by front line or second line chemotherapy 4-6 cycles every 21 days.

RATIONALE: Video-assisted surgery to remove part of the tissue layer covering the inside of the chest cavity may be effective in treating pleural effusion and cause less damage to normal tissue. Talc pleurodesis may keep fluid from building up in the chest cavity. It is not yet known which therapy is more effective in treating pleural effusion caused by malignant mesothelioma. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying video-assisted surgery to see how well it works compared with talc pleurodesis in treating patients with malignant mesothelioma.
