Clinical Trial to Evaluate Zevor-cel (CT053) in Patients With Relapsed and/or Refractory Multiple...
Multiple MyelomaA phase 1b/2, open label, multi-center, Clinical Study of Chimeric Antigen Receptor T Cells targeting BCMA in patients with relapsed and or refractory multiple myeloma.

Study Association of Lenalidomide, Ixazomib, Dexamethasone and Daratumumab in Newly Diagnosed Standard...
Multiple MyelomaThe main objective of this study is to evaluate the minimal residual disease-negativity rate after administration of the combination of Lenalidomide, Ixazomib, Dexamethasone and Daratumumab as induction and consolidation therapy in an intensive program in newly diagnosed standard risk multiple myeloma patients. For the induction therapy, each patient received 6 cycles of Lenalidomide, Ixazomib, Dexamethasone and Daratumumab, then peripheral blood stem cell harvest, intensification with autologous stem cell transplantation, consolidation therapy and maintenance.

An Efficacy and Safety Study of bb2121 in Subjects With Relapsed and Refractory Multiple Myeloma...
Multiple MyelomaThis study is a multi-cohort, open-label, multicenter Phase 2 study to evaluate the efficacy and safety of bb2121 in subjects with relapsed and refractory MM (Cohort 1), in subjects with MM having progressed within 18 months of initial treatment including autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) (Cohort 2a), or without ASCT (Cohort 2b) or, in subjects with inadequate response post ASCT during initial treatment (Cohort 2c). Approximately 235 subjects will be enrolled into one of three cohorts. Cohort 1 will enroll approximately 97 RRMM subjects with ≥ 3 prior anti-myeloma treatment regimens. Cohort 2a will enroll approximately 39 MM subjects, with 1 prior anti-myeloma therapy including ASCT and with early relapse. Cohort 2b will enroll approximately 39 MM subjects with 1 prior anti-myeloma therapy not including ASCT and with early relapse. Cohort 2c will enroll approximately 30 MM subjects with inadequate response to ASCT during their initial anti-myeloma therapy. The cohorts will start in parallel and independently. Cohort 3 will enroll approximately 30 newly diagnosed multiple myeloma (NDMM) participants with suboptimal response to ASCT.

A Study of C-CAR088 in Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma
Multiple MyelomaThis is a multicenter, open-label study to evaluate the safety and efficacy of C-CAR088 in patients with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma. The phase Ib part of this study is to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of C-CAR088 in the targeted patient population.

Anti-BCMA Chimeric Antigen Receptor T Cells for Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma
Refractory Multiple MyelomaRelapsed Multiple MyelomaThis is an open-label study to determine the safety of anti-B-cell maturation antigen (BCMA) Chimeric antigen receptor T-cell (CAR T) therapy in participants with Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma (RRMM).

A Study of JNJ-64407564 in Japanese Participants With Relapsed or Refractory Multiple Myeloma
Multiple MyelomaThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and tolerability in Japanese participants with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma (MM) at the recommended Phase 2 dose (RP2D) identified in NCT03399799 study.

Iberdomide Alone or in Combination With Dexamethasone for the Treatment of Intermediate- or High-Risk...
Smoldering Plasma Cell MyelomaThis phase II trial studies the effects of iberdomide when given alone or in combination with dexamethasone in treating intermediate or high-risk smoldering multiple myeloma patients. Immunotherapy with iberdomide may induce changes in body's immune system and may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Dexamethasone is a synthetic steroid (similar to steroid hormones produced naturally in the adrenal gland), and is used with other drugs in the treatment of some types of cancer. Giving iberdomide with dexamethasone my improve time to progression to symptomatic myeloma with improved tolerability.
