A Phase III, Safety, Tolerability and Efficacy of Combination Treatment of BL-8040 and G-GSF as...
Multiple MyelomaA total of 207 subjects will be randomized into the study which will employ a double-blind placebo-controlled setting to assess the efficacy and safety of G-CSF + BL-8040 as compared to G-CSF + placebo.
Monoclonal Antibody-Based Sequential Therapy for Deep Remission in Multiple Myeloma
Multiple MyelomaMultiple myeloma (MM), a plasma cell disorder, is the second most common hematologic malignancy in the U.S. No standard curative therapy has yet been found. A variety of therapeutic measures including high dose melphalan, induction therapy, and continuous therapy have been used but the goal of complete response without relapse has not been achieved. More active treatment regimens and better tools for response assessment are needed.
Reduced Intensity Chemotherapy and Radiation Therapy Before Donor Stem Cell Transplant in Treating...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaAcute Myeloid Leukemia in Remission13 moreThis clinical trial studies the use of reduced intensity chemotherapy and radiation therapy before donor stem cell transplant in treating patients with hematologic malignancies. Giving low doses of chemotherapy, such as cyclophosphamide and fludarabine phosphate, before a donor stem cell transplant may help stop the growth of cancer cells. It may also stop the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells. The donated stem cells may replace the patient's immune cells and help destroy any remaining cancer cells (graft-versus-tumor effect). Reducing the intensity of the chemotherapy and radiation may also reduce the side effects of the donor stem cell transplant.
Idasanutlin, Ixazomib Citrate, and Dexamethasone in Treating Patients With Relapsed Multiple Myeloma...
Loss of Chromosome 17pRecurrent Plasma Cell MyelomaThis phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of idasanutlin and ixazomib citrate when given together with dexamethasone in treating patients with multiple myeloma that has returned after a period of improvement. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as idasanutlin and dexamethasone, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Ixazomib citrate may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving idasanutlin, ixazomib citrate, and dexamethasone together may work better in treating patients with multiple myeloma.
Carfilzomib/Cyclophosphamide/Dexamethasone With Maintenance Carfilzomib in Multiple Myeloma
Multiple MyelomaThe Cardamon trial is a phase 2 trial using the standard chemotherapy drugs cyclophosphamide and dexamethasone in combination with a new drug called Carfilzomib in patients with multiple myeloma.
Phase II Study of Efficacy and Safety of Lenalidomide, Subcutaneous Bortezomib and Dexamethasone...
Multiple MyelomaThis research study is evaluating a combination of three drugs called lenalidomide, subcutaneous (injection under the skin) bortezomib, and dexamethasone (RVD) as a possible treatment for multiple myeloma.
Study of Gene Modified Donor T Cell Infusion in Patients With Recurrent Disease After Allogeneic...
LeukemiaMyelodysplastic Syndromes3 moreA Phase I study of BPX-501 T cell infusion in adults with recurrent or minimal residual disease (MRD) hematologic malignancies post-allogeneic transplant. The treatment consists of increasing doses of BPX-501 T cell infusions to achieve a clinical response. Rimiducid will be investigated for the treatment of aGvHD after BPX-501 T cell infusion to determine a dose that can mitigate GvHD and preserve the graft versus leukemia effect.
Study of ACY-241 Alone and in Combination With Pomalidomide and Dexamethasone in Multiple Myeloma...
Multiple MyelomaThis is a phase 1a/1b, multicenter, single-arm, open-label, dose escalation study to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and evaluate the safety and preliminary antitumor activity of ACY-241 for oral administration as monotherapy and in combination therapy with orally administered pomalidomide and low-dose dexamethasone in eligible patients with relapsed or relapsed-and-refractory multiple myeloma (MM).
Prevention of Treatment Induced Neuropathy in Multiple Myeloma
MyelomaThe goal of this clinical research study is to see if Minocin® (minocycline) can help to control nerve damage that causes numbness and tingling in the hands and feet (neuropathy) in patients receiving thalidomide and/or bortezomib.
Study to Compare VMP With HDM Followed by VRD Consolidation and Lenalidomide Maintenance in Patients...
Multiple MyelomaStudy phase: phase III Study objective: Comparison of Bortezomib, Melphalan, Prednisone (VMP) with High Dose Melphalan followed autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT) Comparison of Bortezomib, Lenalidomide, Dexamethasone(VRD) as consolidation versus no consolidation Comparison of single versus tandem high dose Melphalan with ASCT Patient population: Patients with symptomatic multiple myeloma, previously untreated, ISS stages 1-3, age 18-65 years inclusive Study design: Prospective, multicenter, intergroup, randomized Duration of treatment: Expected duration of induction, stem cell collection and intensification is 6 - 9 months. Consolidation with VRD will last 2 months Maintenance therapy with Lenalidomide will be given until relapse. All patients will be followed until 10 years after registration.
