This study aims to determine the effect of Thymoquinone (0.5%) and olive oil ointment on Wound healing after Endoscopic sinus surgery.

The overarching hypothesis of this proposal is that IL-5 acts on multiple sinus tissue cell types, including plasma cells and epithelial cells, to promote immune dysregulation, and that inhibition of IL-5 affects several relevant effector pathways that lead to clinical benefit.

The central hypothesis of this study is that the addition of dupilumab treatment onto standard-of-care intranasal corticosteroids will improve patient-reported measures of disease activity and sense of smell in a cohort of mostly ethnical and racial minority patients with CRSwNP

This study aims to analyze the immune profiles of patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal polyps (CRSwNP) with and without asthma before and after Mepolizumab. A group of participants with CRS without nasal polyps (CRSsNP) with asthma will be included to compare their immune profiles to CRSwNP.

With a prevalence of 2-4% in western countries, Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP) is of major concern regarding its substantial impact on the social and physical quality of life. So far, endoscopic sinus surgery remains the treatment of choice when the first line of medical treatment with corticosteroid has failed. During the last 15 years, several studies have shown that CRSwNP is associated with a T helper 2 (T2) immune response leading to B cell release of IgE, mucosal recruitment of eosinophils from bone marrow via Interleukin (IL)-5, IL-4 and IL-13 mediated chemoattractant production. New biologic agents capable of blocking T2 cytokines have been developed in the field of eosinophil-associated diseases, shifting the paradigm of treatment for patients with CRSwNP. In the near future, endotype profiling with accurate biomarkers will be mandatory to tailor the treatment of nasal polyposis with specific biologic therapies. Herein we propose a prospective study monitoring medical records of CRSwNP patients who undergo biologic treatments. The objectives are to assess treatment efficacy on quality of life, to report clinical and biological criteria for prescription and to measure tolerance and compliance.

The primary objectives of the study are: To longitudinally characterize the long-term effectiveness of DUPIXENT® through assessment of patient-reported symptoms, Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) related to Chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyposis (CRSwNP) and other type 2 comorbidities, and their change over-time. To characterize patients who receive DUPIXENT® for CRSwNP in a real-world setting with respect to their medical history, demographic and disease characteristics, and type 2 comorbidities The secondary objectives of the study are: To characterize real-world utilization of DUPIXENT® for patients with CRSwNP To collect patient and physician global assessment of disease severity and treatment satisfaction for patients receiving DUPIXENT® for CRSwNP To collect long-term safety data for patients receiving DUPIXENT® for CRSwNP

This study will evaluate the effect and safety of 611 in patients with Chronic Rhinosinusitis with Nasal Polyps (CRSwNP).

This is a multicenter, randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled Phase II clinical trial to evaluate the efficacy, safety and pharmacokinetics of TQC2731 injection in the treatment of Chronic Sinusitis with Nasal Polyps.
