Cardiac Changes After Stereotactic Radiotherapy for Early Stage NSCLC Cancer or Lung Metastasis...
Lung Cancer Stage ILung Cancer Stage II1 moreThe investigators aim to optimize the radiation treatment of early stage lung cancer patients. Therefore, detailed understanding is needed of the type of toxicity and the location of these toxicities for patients who receive high fraction doses. These have not been measured in these patients before, therefore our primary research question is: is it possible to measure changes in cardiac condition after radiotherapy, with respect to cardiac arrhythmias, fibrosis, hemodynamic function change and pericarditis?

Biomarkers of Response to Pembrolizumab Combined With Chemotherapy in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer...
Non-Small Cell Lung CancerParticipants with Stage IV nonsquamous non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) without prior systemic treatment will be treated with standard of care pembrolizumab combined with platinum-doublet chemotherapy for 4 cycles, then pembrolizumab plus pemetrexed maintenance for up to 31 additional cycles. The platinum doublet would be pemetrexed plus the investigator's choice of either cisplatin or carboplatin. The primary objective is to evaluate if total baseline tumor mutation burden (TMB) in cell-free circulating tumor deoxyribonucleic acid (ctDNA) is predictive of objective response per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors Version 1.1 (RECIST 1.1) by the investigator by estimating the level of association.

Trial of Trametinib and Ponatinib in Patients With KRAS Mutant Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer...
Non Small Cell Lung CancerKRAS Gene MutationThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of the combination of ponatinib and trametinib as well as the most appropriate dosages of the combination.

Apatinib Combined With Vinorelbine for Non-driver Gene Mutation Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Advanced Non Small Cell Lung CancerThe purpose of this study is to assess the safety and effectiveness of Apatinib Combined With Vinorelbine Used for Driver Gene Mutation Negative Third-line and Third-line Posterior Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

A Novel Erythropoiesis Stimulating Protein (NESP; Darbopoetin Alfa) for the Treatment of Anemia...
AnemiaThe primary objective of this study was to compare the effectiveness of darbopoetin alfa to placebo in the treatment of anemia in adults with lung cancer receiving multicycle platinum-containing chemotherapy, by assessing the percentage of participants who received red blood cell (RBC) transfusions during weeks 5-12 inclusive.

Promoting Smoking Cessation in Lung Cancer Screening Through Proactive Treatment
Smoking ReductionTobacco Use4 moreThis pragmatic trial will evaluate the value of routinely providing proactive smoking cessation support to current smokers as a part of participating in lung cancer screening within Veterans Health Administration.

Phase I Study of Accelerated Hypofractionated Image-Guided Radiation Therapy
Non-small Cell Lung CancerThe study is designed to determine whether daily image guidance and motion assessment/control will allow treatment of poor performance status patients with stage II-IV NSCLC, who would benefit from local therapy, with an accelerated course of hypofractionated radiation therapy.

Sequence of Vessel Interruption and Circulating Tumor Cells in Surgical Lung Cancer
Circulating Tumor CellLung Cancer1 moreThis study aims to define the impact of the sequence of vessel interruption on change in CTC and CTC clusters density in the tumor-draining pulmonary vein between the period before surgical manipulation and before tumor-draining vein interruption.

CCCR-NK92 Cells Immunotherapy for Non-small Cell Lung Carcinoma
Non-small Cell Lung CancerThe purpose of this clinical investigation is to evaluate the safety and effects of CCCR-modified NK92(CCCR-NK92)infusions in previously treated advanced non-small cell lung carcinoma(NSCLC).

Regorafenib and Methotrexate in Treating Participants With Recurrent or Metastatic KRAS Mutated...
KRAS Gene MutationMetastatic Malignant Neoplasm in the Brain2 moreThis phase II trial studies how well regorafenib works together with methotrexate in treating participants with metastatic non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer with tumors that harbor a KRAS mutation. Regorafenib is a targeted therapy that works on different cancer pathways to stop the growth of tumor cells and stop them from spreading. Methotrexate may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving regorafenib and methotrexate together may work in treating participants with KRAS mutated non-small cell lung cancer.
