Study of Split-course Chemoradiotherapy For Postoperative Locoregional Recurrence Of Non-small Cell...
Non-small Cell Lung CancerThis Phase II randomized study is to determine the efficacy of split-course irradiation with concurrent chemotherapy in locoregional recurrence of non-small cell lung cancer after surgical resection
Icotinib Combined With SBRT for Patients With Metastatic Non-squamous NSCLC With EGFR Mutation
Lung Cancer Stage IVMany patients with oncogene-driven non-small-cell lung cancer (NSCLC) treated with tyrosine kinase inhibitors experience limited sites of disease progression. For multiple metastases in patients with advanced NSCLC, increased local treatment may benefit to prolong patient survival. This study investigated the benefits of icotinib limited systemic disease progression and continuation of Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy,in patients with metastatic EGFR-mutant NSCLC.
The Efficacy and Safety of Apatinib Combined With Etoposide in Heavily Pretreated Advanced Non-small...
Non-small Cell Lung CancerThe development of anti-angiogenesis drugs has led to renewed enthusiasm in lung cancer treatments. Apatinib is a tyrosine kinase inhibitor which selectively inhibits the vascular endothelial growth factor receptor-2 (VEGFR-2). Etoposide is an oral preparation for lung cancer which is recommended by NCCN guideline. The investigators wondered whether these two drugs have synergistic effects when treating advanced non-small cell lung cancer patients who failed to previous at least 2nd line treatments. Thus, the aim of this trial is to investigate the efficacy and safety of apatinib combined with etoposide in heavily pretreated advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
A Trial With Metronomic Low-dose Treosulfan, Pioglitazone and Clarithromycin Versus Standard Treatment...
Squamous Cell Lung CancerNon-Squamous Cell Lung Cancer1 moreThis is a Phase II, multicentre, open-label, randomized, and controlled study, evaluating the efficacy and safety of combined modularized treatment of treosulfan, pioglitazone and clarithromycin in patients with with squamous and non- squamous cell lung cancer, respectively after platin failure.
Zoledronic Acid Combined Radiotherapy for Bone Metastasis of Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Non-small Cell Lung CancerBone MetastasisThis study will give comparison of the bone pain remission and the adverse reaction of Zoledronic acid combine with High dose fractionation radiotherapy(30Gy/10f) and Zoledronic acid combine with low dose fractionation radiotherapy(15Gy/5f) . The purpose of this trial is to prove whether Zoledronic acid combine radiotherapy can reduce radiotherapy dose in treatment of non-small cell lung cancer bone metastasis'pain relief or not.
Study of Epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) for Esophagus Protection in Patients With Lung Cancer...
Lung NeoplasmsEsophagitis2 moreThe investigators conducted this phase II study of EGCG therapy protection of the esophagus from damage induced by radiotherapy. In order to observe the effectiveness of EGCG, esophageal toxicity was recorded weekly using a grading scale based on symptomatology, following the Radiation Therapy Oncology Group (RTOG) scoring system. Patient-reported pain related to esophagitis was measured using the numerical rating scale (NRS) every week from EGCG application to 2 weeks after the end of radiotherapy. The scales are translated into Chinese and guides in Chinese are developed instructing how to use the scales and perform the assessments.
Study of Apatinib in RET Fusion Positive Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Non-small Cell Lung CancerRET fusions are present in 1% to 2% of unselected population of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Existing US Food and Drug Administration-approved inhibitors of RET tyrosine kinase show promising therapeutic effects in a non-small cell lung cancer patients. Apatinib is an oral multi-kinase inhibitors including RET fusions. This study is designed to evaluate the safety and tolerability of Apatinib in patients with RET fusion positive advanced NSCLC.

Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC)This research study is evaluating two drugs, alectinib and bevacizumab, as possible treatments for Advanced Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC).

SBRT With Immunotherapy in Early Stage Non-small Cell Lung Cancer: Tolerability and Lung Effects...
Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Stage IINon-small Cell Lung Cancer Stage IThis is a single arm, multi-centre, phase II open label study of nivolumab with stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) for early stage non-small cell lung cancer. SBRT will be delivered in either 3 or 5 fractions. A flat dose of 240 mg nivolumab infusion will begin after the final fraction of SBRT, within 24 hours and typically on the same day. Nivolumab will subsequently be given every 2 weeks at a flat dose of 240 mg until 1 year of total treatment unless any study drug discontinuation criteria are met. Assessment of toxicities will be performed at each clinic visit during treatment, at 30 days after the final nivolumab infusion and until 100 days after the final nivolumab infusion. Changes in spirometry values and PFTs will be assessed throughout the trial. Relapse rates will be assessed with staging CT scans at 3, 6, 12, 18 and 24 months post SBRT. An exploratory assessment will be made of the effect pre-treatment pulmonary function tests (PFTs) have on outcome measures.
