A Safety and Efficacy Study of INC280 Alone, and in Combination With Erlotinib, Compared to Chemotherapy,...
Non-Small Cell Lung CancerThe purpose of this study was to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) or recommended phase II dose (RP2D) of INC280 in combination with erlotinib in the Phase Ib of this study, and to assess the anti-tumor activity and safety of INC280 alone, and in combination with erlotinib, versus platinum with pemetrexed in the Phase II of this study, in adult patients with EGFR mutated, cMET amplified, advanced/metastatic non-small cell lung cancer with acquired resistance to prior EGFR TKI.

Recombinant EphB4-HSA Fusion Protein With Standard Chemotherapy Regimens in Treating Patients With...
Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaMetastatic Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma14 moreThis pilot phase Ib trial studies the side effects and best dose of recombinant EphB4-HSA fusion protein when given together with standard chemotherapy regimens in treating patients with solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body and usually cannot be cured or controlled with treatment (advanced) or have spread to other places in the body (metastatic). Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as recombinant EphB4-HSA fusion protein, paclitaxel albumin-stabilized nanoparticle formulation, gemcitabine hydrochloride, docetaxel, and cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether standard chemotherapy regimens are more effective with recombinant ephB4-HSA fusion protein in treating advanced or metastatic solid tumors.

A Study of Rovalpituzumab Tesirine (SC16LD6.5) in the Frontline Treatment of Patients With Extensive...

A Study to Assess the Efficacy and Safety of the VEGFR-FGFR Inhibitor, Lucitanib, Given to Patients...
Non-Small Cell Lung CancerSquamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer7 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine whether lucitanib is safe and effective in the treatment of patients with advanced/metastatic lung cancer and fibroblast growth factor (FGF), vascular endothelial growth factor receptor (VEGF), or platelet derived growth factor (PDGF) related genetic alterations.

Safety of LEAD Radiotherapy Plus Chemoradiation in Patients With Bulky Stage III Non-Small Cell...
Non-Small Cell Lung CancerNSCLCThe investigators aim to evaluate the safety of delivering a one-time single fraction of Lattice Extreme Ablative Dose (LEAD) radiotherapy followed one day later by standard-dose, conventionally fractionated concurrent chemotherapy and radiation delivered over 6 weeks in patients with bulky stage III non-small cell lung cancer in the setting of a single-arm phase I clinical trial. The investigators hypothesize that the addition of a one-time single fraction of LEAD radiation is safe and feasible, and will not result in additional toxicity above that expected with standard-dose concurrent chemotherapy and radiation alone.

Erlotinib Hydrochloride or Crizotinib and Chemoradiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Stage...
Stage III Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer AJCC v7Stage IIIA Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer AJCC v71 moreThis randomized phase II trial studies how well erlotinib hydrochloride or crizotinib with chemoradiation therapy works in treating patients with stage III non-small cell lung cancer. Radiation therapy uses high energy x rays to kill tumor cells. Specialized radiation therapy that delivers a high dose of radiation directly to the tumor may kill more tumor cells and cause less damage to normal tissue. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, etoposide, paclitaxel, and carboplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether giving erlotinib hydrochloride is more effective than crizotinib with chemoradiation therapy in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer.

Non-small Cell Lung CancerThe purpose of this study is to determine whether TH-302 in combination with pemetrexed is safe and effective in the treatment of non-squamous non-small cell lung cancer.
