CIK Cell Transfusion Plus Gefitinib As Second Or Third-Line Treatment for Advanced Adenocarcinoma...

Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer

Lung cancer is the most common cancer worldwide, non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) comprises about 85% of all lung cancer cases, which is the leading cause of cancer mortality, and adenocarcinoma is the most prevalent subtype. Gefitinib showed lower efficiency of treatment as second or third-line in patients with advanced adenocarcinoma NSCLC. It is necessary to further improve the efficiency of treatment in patients with advanced NSCLC. Immunotherapy with cytokine-induced killer cells (CIK) may improve tumor control and survival, as well as a better quality of life. This study is to evaluate the efficacy of Autologous CIK Transfusion plus Gefitinib for advanced, recurrence, metastatic adenocarcinoma NSCLC.

Combination Immunotherapy-Ipilimumab-Nivolumab-Dendritic Cell p53 Vac - Patients With Small Cell...

Small Cell Lung CancerLung Cancer1 more

The purpose of this study is to find out what effects (good and bad) immunotherapy treatment using the p53 vaccine (Ad.p53-DC) in combination with Nivolumab and Ipilimumab has on small cell lung cancer. Immunotherapy is a cancer therapy that uses the body's immune system to fight cancer cells. This study can be divided into three different phases: initial Induction Immunotherapy, Maintenance Immunotherapy and Retreatment.

Rogaratinib in Patients With Advanced Pretreated Squamous-cell Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (SQCLC)...

Squamous-cell Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

A recent investigation showed that a substantial proportion of patients with SQCLC (46%) exhibit tumor overexpression of fibroblast growth factor receptor (FGFR) messenger ribonucleic acid (mRNA) and are potentially sensitive to FGFR-targeting treatment. Rogaratinib is a novel pan-FGFR inhibitor which showed strong anti-tumor efficacy in pre-clinical models as a single agent in FGFR pathway-addicted tumor models. SQCLC patients overexpressing tumor FGFR mRNA, who will be included into this clinical trial, do not have currently any alternative systemic treatment with a proven and clinically reasonable benefit. The objective of the trial is to determine clinical activity and safety of rogaratinib in patients with advanced SQCLC overexpressing tumor FGFR1-3 mRNA.

Carboplatin, Etoposide, and Atezolizumab With or Without Trilaciclib (G1T28), a CDK4/6 Inhibitor,...

Small Cell Lung Cancer

This was a study to investigate the potential clinical benefit of trilaciclib (G1T28) in preserving the bone marrow and the immune system, and enhancing antitumor efficacy when administered with carboplatin, etoposide, and atezolizumab (E/P/A) therapy in first line treatment for patients with newly diagnosed extensive-stage SCLC. The study was a randomized, double-blinded, placebo-controlled design. Approximately, 100 patients were randomized to trilaciclib + E/P/A or placebo + E/P/A in the study.
