Testing the Use of Combination Immunotherapy Treatment (N-803 [ALT-803] Plus Pembrolizumab) Against...
Advanced Lung Non-Small Cell CarcinomaRecurrent Lung Non-Small Cell Carcinoma7 moreThis phase II/III Lung-MAP trial studies how well immunotherapy treatment with N-803 (ALT-803) and pembrolizumab working in treating patients with non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to other places in the body (advanced). Natural killer cells, part of our immune system, are always on alert and ready to defend our bodies from many kinds of infection or rogue cells, such as those that cause cancer. N-803 (ALT-803) may activate natural killer cells so that they can stimulate an immune response to help fight cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving N-803 (ALT-803) and pembrolizumab may help shrink and stabilize lung cancer or prevent it from returning.

Pembrolizumab and Concurrent Chemoradiotherapy or Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Small...
Extensive Stage Small Cell Lung CarcinomaLimited Stage Small Cell Lung Carcinoma1 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of pembrolizumab when given together with chemoradiotherapy or radiation therapy in treating patients with small cell lung cancer. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill cancer cells and shrink tumors. Giving chemotherapy with radiation therapy may kill more cancer cells. Giving pembrolizumab with chemoradiotherapy or radiation therapy may be a better treatment for small cell lung cancer.

Pembrolizumab in Treating Patients With Malignant Mesothelioma
Biphasic MesotheliomaEpithelioid Mesothelioma8 moreThis phase II trial studies how well pembrolizumab works in treating patients with malignant mesothelioma, a cancer of the linings around the lungs (pleura) or abdomen (peritoneum). Monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, work by blocking a protein called programmed cell death 1 (PD-1) which may stimulate an immune response and kill tumor cells.

Phase II Single Arm Study of AZD9291 to Treat NSCLC Patients in Asia Pacific
Non-Small Cell Lung CancerA Phase II, Open Label, Single-arm Study to Assess the Safety and Efficacy of AZD9291 in Asia Pacific Patients with Locally Advanced/Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer whose Disease has Progressed with Previous Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Tyrosine Kinase Inhibitor Therapy and whose Tumours harbour a T790M mutation within the Epidermal Growth Factor Receptor Gene

Atezolizumab and Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Non-small Cell Lung...
Stage I Non-Small Cell Lung CancerThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of atezolizumab that can be given together with stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) in treating patients with stage I non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. Monoclonal antibodies, such as atezolizumab, may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Stereotactic body radiation therapy is a specialized radiation therapy that delivers a single, high dose of radiation directly to the tumor and may kill more tumor cells and cause less damage to normal tissue. Giving atezolizumab together with stereotactic body radiation therapy may kill more tumor cells and be a better treatment for non-small cell lung cancer that cannot be removed by surgery.

AIDS-Related Non-Hodgkin LymphomaClinical Stage III Cutaneous Melanoma AJCC v817 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects of pembrolizumab in treating patients with human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) and malignant neoplasms that have come back (relapsed), do not respond to treatment (refractory), or have distributed over a large area in the body (disseminated). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.

A Study of Abemaciclib (LY2835219) in Participants With Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer or Breast Cancer...
Non Small Cell Lung CancerBreast CancerThe main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of abemaciclib in combination with pembrolizumab in participants with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) or hormone receptor positive (HR+), human epidermal growth factor receptor negative (HER2-) breast cancer.

National Lung Matrix Trial: Multi-drug Phase II Trial in Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer
Non-Small Cell Lung CancerCarcinoma2 moreThe trial consists of a series of parallel multi-centre single arm phase II trial arms, each testing an experimental targeted drug in a population stratified by multiple pre-specified actionable target putative biomarkers. The primary objective is to evaluate whether there is a signal of activity in each drug-(putative)biomarker cohort separately. A Bayesian adaptive design is adopted to achieve this objective and statistical details are given in the Protocol.

AZD9291 First Time In Patients Ascending Dose Study
Advanced Non Small Cell Lung CancerAdvanced (Inoperable) Non Small Cell Lung CancerThis study will treat patients with advanced NSCLC who have already received at least one course of specific anti-cancer treatment but the tumour has started to re-grow following that treatment. This is the first time this drug has ever been tested in patients, and so it will help to understand what type of side effects may occur with the drug treatment, it will measure the levels of drug in the body, it will also measure the anti-cancer activity. By using these pieces of information together the best dose of this drug to use in further clinical trials will be selected.
