A Study of Abemaciclib (LY2835219) in Participants With Previously Treated KRAS Mutated Lung Cancer...
Non Small Cell Lung CancerThe main purpose of this study is to evaluate how safe and effective the study drug known as abemaciclib is in participants with lung cancer.

Hypofractionated Image-Guided Radiation Therapy (IGRT) in Patients With Stage II-III Non-Small Cell...
Non-small Cell Lung CancerThe study is designed to determine whether an accelerated course of hypofractionated radiation therapy with daily image guidance and motion assessment/control will allow more effective treatment of poor performance status patients with stage II-III NSCLC, who would benefit from local therapy compared to standard radiation therapy (60 Gy in 2 Gy per fraction).

A Global Study to Assess the Effects of MEDI4736 (Durvalumab) in Patients With Locally Advanced...
Non-Small Cell Lung CancerA study to assess the Effects of MEDI4736 (Durvalumab) in Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic Non Small Cell Lung Cancer in terms of efficacy, safety and tolerability

Neoadjuvant Nivolumab, or Nivolumab in Combination With Ipilimumab, in Resectable NSCLC
Non-Small Cell Lung CancerThe proposed study will evaluate the safety and feasibility of preoperative administration nivolumab +/- ipilimumab in patients with high-risk resectable NSCLC, and will facilitate a comprehensive exploratory characterization of the tumor immune milieu and circulating immune cells and soluble factors in these patients. Data obtained in this study will provide valuable information for planning further prospective clinical trials of anti-PD-1 and other immunotherapies in NSCLC, both in the peri-operative and advanced disease setting.

First-line Treatment of Participants With Stage IV Squamous Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer With Necitumumab...
Non Small Cell Lung CancerThe research study is testing the investigational drug necitumumab (IMC-11F8) in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. The aim of this study is to determine if necitumumab, given together with a standard chemotherapy combination consisting of cisplatin and gemcitabine will be more effective in improving participant disease than the standard chemotherapy combination alone.

STAD-1 Small Cell Lung Cancer Toxicity Adjusted Dosing Study
Small Cell Lung CancerThe purpose of this study is to compare the activity of fixed doses of cisplatin and etoposide with toxicity adjusted dosing of the same drugs in the first-line treatment of small cell lung cancer.

Comparison of Different Types of Surgery in Treating Patients With Stage IA Non-Small Cell Lung...
Lung CancerRATIONALE: Wedge resection or segmentectomy may be less invasive types of surgery than lobectomy for non-small cell lung cancer and may have fewer side effects and improve recovery. It is not yet known whether wedge resection or segmentectomy are more effective than lobectomy in treating stage IA non-small cell lung cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying different types of surgery to compare how well they work in treating patients with stage IA non-small cell lung cancer.

Preoperative Chemoradiotherapy vs. Chemotherapy Alone in NSCLC Patients
Lung CancerRATIONALE: Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as docetaxel and cisplatin, use different ways to stop tumor cells from dividing so they stop growing or die. Radiation therapy uses high-energy x-rays to damage tumor cells. Giving chemotherapy with radiation therapy before surgery may make the tumor smaller and reduce the amount of normal tissue that needs to be removed. It is not yet known if chemotherapy plus radiation therapy is more effective than chemotherapy alone before surgery in treating non-small cell lung cancer. PURPOSE: This randomized phase III trial is studying docetaxel and cisplatin with or without radiation therapy to see how well they work when given before surgery in treating patients with stage IIIA non-small cell lung cancer that has spread to lymph nodes in the chest.

A Study of Bi-Ligand-Drug Conjugate CBP-1019 in Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors
CancerBreast5 moreThe primary objective of this phase I study is to evaluate the safety and potential efficacy and to determine the recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of CBP-1019, a bi-specific ligand conjugated drugs in patients with advanced solid tumors.

Study of Pembrolizumab/Vibostolimab Coformulation (MK-7684A) in Combination With Chemotherapy Versus...
Metastatic Non-Small Cell Lung CancerThe primary hypotheses are that pembrolizumab/vibostolimab (MK-7684A) in combination with chemotherapy is superior to pembrolizumab in combination with chemotherapy with respect to progression-free survival (PFS) per Response Evaluation Criteria in Solid Tumors (RECIST) 1.1 as assessed by blinded independent central review (BICR) and with respect to overall survival (OS) in treatment-naïve metastatic participants with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC).
