Study to Demonstrate the Safety of WBR Administered at the Same Time as Intrathecal Liposomal Cytarabine...
Solid Tumour Neoplastic MeningitisBrain MetastasesThe purpose of this study is to demonstrate the safety of giving Whole Brain Radiotherapy (WBRT) together with intrathecal liposomal cytarabine (DepoCyte®) for patients with leptomeningeal metastases. The study will compare the safety of giving DepoCyte at the same time as WBRT with giving the drug after WBRT is complete.
Study of NS-9 in Patients With Liver Metastases
Liver NeoplasmsNeoplasm Metastasis1 moreThis study is to investigate the safety of NS-9 and to see how well it is tolerated in patients with cancer that has metastasized (spread) to the liver from another primary tumor. NS-9 is a drug developed to go to the liver to cause cell death specifically in tumor cells. This study is also set up to determine the best dose to use.
Brain Metastases Study: Radiotherapy Fractionation Schemes in the Treatment of Brain Metastases...
Neoplasm MetastasisBrain NeoplasmsThis is a comparison of radiotherapy fractionation schemes for brain metastasis.
Study of Patupilone in Patients With Brain Metastasis From Non-small Cell Lung Cancer
Brain MetastasisNon-small Cell Lung CancerThe study objective is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of patupilone with respect to early progression and response of patients with non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) metastatic to the brain, who have progressed after chemotherapy, surgery and/or radiation.
Multicenter Study of Cryoablation for Palliation of Painful Bone Metastases
PainNeoplasm Metastasis1 moreThis study will evaluate the efficacy of cryoablation for palliation of painful metastases in participants with metastatic lesions involving bone who have failed, are not candidates for, or are not experiencing adequate pain relief from current pain therapies (for example, radiation, analgesics).
Phase II Study of Ipilimumab Monotherapy in Recurrent Platinum-sensitive Ovarian Cancer
Platinum-sensitive Ovarian CancerSecond-line2 moreTo assess the incidence of drug-related adverse events of Grade 3 or higher and the overall response associated with ipilimumab treatment
Exploratory Study in Achievement of Improved Survival by Molecular Targeted Chemotherapy and Liver...
Liver MetastasisColorectal CancerThe correlation between the values of angiogenesis-related growth factors in plasma and efficacy, and biomarkers relevant as prognostic factors or predictive factors for sensitivity or resistance to treatment will be examined exploratively.
Stereotactic Body Radiation and Monoclonal Antibody to OX40 (MEDI6469) in Breast Cancer Patients...
Metastatic Breast CancerLung Metastases1 moreThis study will test the investigational antibody, MEDI6469 (anti-OX40), in combination with stereotactic body radiation in breast cancer patients that have liver or lung metastases and have received systemic therapy and have progressive disease. The investigators hypothesize that SBRT directed at metastatic breast cancer lesions will result in a systemic anti-tumor immune system response. This amplified and directed immune response could result in anti-tumor responses.
A Study of Prexasertib (LY2606368) in Combination With Ralimetinib in Participants With Advanced...
Advanced CancerMetastatic Cancer2 moreThe main purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety of the study drug prexasertib in combination with ralimetinib in participants with advanced or metastatic cancer.
SRS and Nivolumab in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed Melanoma Metastases in the Brain or...
Metastatic Malignant Neoplasm in the BrainMetastatic Malignant Neoplasm in the Spine1 moreThis phase I pilot trial studies the side effects of stereotactic radiosurgery and nivolumab in treating patients with newly diagnosed melanoma that has spread to the brain or spine. Stereotactic radiosurgery is a specialized radiation therapy that delivers a single, high dose of radiation directly to the tumor to more precisely target the cancer. Monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Giving stereotactic radiosurgery together with nivolumab may be a better treatment for melanoma.
