Active clinical trials for "Neuroectodermal Tumors"

The Register is based on the study HIT 2000 that recruited patients until 31.12.2011. All german patients with intracranial medulloblastoma, CNS-PNET, ependymoma can be included in the register. Object of the register is to maintain the quality of diagnostic standard by using of central review (Neuroradiology, Pathology, and cranio spinal fluid (CSF) cytology). Furthermore, the register should enable to continue the collection of epidemiologic data and biological material (tumor material, CSF, and blood) for associated studies.

This is an expanded access program to provide vorasidenib for treatment of patients 12 years or older with IDH1- or IDH2-mutated glioma.

This research study is collecting and storing samples of tumor tissue, bone marrow, and blood from patients with Ewing sarcoma. Collecting and storing samples of tumor tissue, bone marrow, and blood from patients with cancer to test in the laboratory may help the study of cancer in the future.

This laboratory study is looking at tumor samples from patients with Ewing sarcoma. Studying samples of tumor tissue from patients with cancer in the laboratory may help doctors learn more about changes that occur in DNA and identify biomarkers related to cancer

RATIONALE: Questionnaires that measure quality of life may improve the ability to plan treatment for patients with primitive neuroectodermal tumors. PURPOSE: This phase III trial is studying quality of life in patients who have undergone previous treatment for primitive neuroectodermal tumors.

The purpose of this study is to establish a Brain and Spinal Tumor Tissue/Specimen repository to serve as a resource for current and future scientific studies.

Patients with recurrent glioblastoma who are planned to receive a second course of radiation are to be included into this monocentric cohort trial. Due to multiple pre-treatments simultaneous combined positron emission tomography (PET) with O-(2-[18F]fluoroethyl)-l-tyrosine (FET) as well as magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) is used for treatment planning and follow-up imaging as it allows for a better distinction between treatment-related changes and viable tumor tissue.
