A Study of Pembrolizumab in Patients With Neuroendocrine Tumors
Neuroendocrine TumorsThe purpose of this research study is to test if pembrolizumab is safe and effective for treating patients with metastatic high-grade neuroendocrine tumors who have failed platinum based chemotherapy. The study drug, pembrolizumab has been FDA approved for treating a type of skin cancer called melanoma and for metastatic non-small cell lung cancer. However, it is not approved for treatment of metastatic high-grade neuroendocrine tumors.
18F-MFBG PET Imaging of the Norepinephrine Transporter in Neural Crest and Neuroendocrine Tumors...
Neural Crest TumorNeuroendocrine TumorsThe aim of this study is to evaluate the potential and feasibility of 18F-metafluorobenzylguanidine (18F-MFBG) positron emission tomography (PET) in patients with neural crest and neuroendocrine tumors.

Gastrointestinal Stromal TumorsRenal Cell Carcinoma1 moreA randomized, open, two-period, two-sequence crossover trial design used to assess the pharmacokinetics and safety of Sunitinib Malate Capsules in healthy volunteers under fed condition, and compare the bioequivalence of Sunitinib Malate Capsules produced by Pfizer and Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd, respectively.
A Study to Evaluate the Value of Circulating Tumour DNA in Follow-up of Patients With an Advanced...
Neuroendocrine TumorsProspective, multicentric, single arm, POC study to evaluate the value of CtDNA in follow-up of patients treated with everolimus, with or without somatostatin analogues for advanced gastroenteropancreatic or lung neuroendocrine tumours.
68Ga-Dotatoc Positron Emission Tomography (PET) for Somatostatin Receptor-Positive Neuroendocrine...
Neuroendocrine TumorsCarcinoid TumorsThis study plans to demonstrate the safety and efficacy of [68Ga]-DOTA-tyr3-Octreotide ([68Ga]-DOTATOC) as an accurate imaging technique for diagnosis, staging, and monitoring of response to treatment in patients with Somatostatin receptor expressing tumors who undergo imaging with a clinical indication. The investigators will conduct a study for 68Ga-DOTATOC as a diagnostic PET/CT imaging agent for the detection of NETs, mainly carcinoid tumors. 68Ga-DOTATOC will be used in diagnostic assessment of patients with known or suspected NETs for whom there is an appropriate standard clinical indication for 68Ga-DOTATOC PET/CT either at staging or during follow up.
Ribociclib in Treating Patients With Advanced Neuroendocrine Tumors of Foregut Origin
Advanced Digestive System Neuroendocrine NeoplasmDuodenal Neuroendocrine Tumor G16 moreThis phase II trial studies how well ribociclib works in treating patients with neuroendocrine tumors of the foregut, which includes the thymus, lung, stomach, and pancreas, that have spread to other places in the body and usually cannot be cured or controlled with treatment (advanced tumors). Ribociclib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.
Web-based Tailored Information and Support for Patients With a Neuroendocrine Tumor
Neuroendocrine TumorPatients with a neuroendocrine tumor (NET) frequently suffer from physical as well as psychosocial complaints. Patients may experience various symptoms from tumor burden and secreted hormones by the tumor. They also can have complaints due to their anti-cancer treatment and accompanying side effects. Adequate information is an essential aspect of supportive care. Patients need for information and care remain frequently unnoticed. The aim of the current study is to test the effectiveness of a web-based tailored information and support system to support patients' information and care needs. Key features of this website are patient self-screening of physical and psychosocial problems, tailored patient education on reported problems and self-referral to professional health care. The investigators expect that the website is a highly suitable medium to provide tailored information and support.
Study Escalating Doses of PM01183 in Combination With Fixed Doxorubicin in Patients With Specific...
Endometrial AdenocarcinomasNeuroendocrine Tumors1 morePhase I Multicenter, Open-label, Clinical and Pharmacokinetic Study of PM01183 in Combination with Fixed Doxorubicin in Non- Heavily Pretreated Patients with Selected Advanced Solid Tumors to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and the recommended dose (RD) of PM01183 in combination with doxorubicin, to characterize the safety profile and feasibility of this combination, to characterize the pharmacokinetics (PK) of this combination, to obtain preliminary information on the clinical antitumor activity,to explore the feasibility, safety and efficacy of a potential improvable dose of this combination in selected tumor types [i.e. small cell lung cancer (SCLC) and endometrial cáncer] and to evaluate the pharmacogenomics (PGx) in tumor samples of patients exposed to PM01183 and doxorubicin at the RD in order to assess potential markers of response and/or resistance.
RAD001 With Paclitaxel and Carboplatin in First Line Treatment of Patients With Advanced Large Cell...
CarcinomaLarge Cell1 moreThis is a multi-centric, open-label study evaluating the efficacy and safety of RAD001 in patients with advanced (stage IV) Lung Cancer (Large Cell) with neuroendocrine differentiation treated with a combination of RAD001 with paclitaxel and carboplatin.
Diagnostic Accuracy of Gallium-68-DOTATATE PET/CT Compared to Indium-111-pentetreotide Scintigraphy...
Gastroenteropancreatic Neuroendocrine TumorsThe investigators hypothesize that the new imaging method Gallium-68-DOTATATE has a higher diagnostic value in the detection of neuroendocrine tumors than the established imaging method Indium-111-Octreoscan. Therefore, the investigators will perform both imaging procedures in patients with suspected or confirmed neuroendocrine tumors. Subsequently, the investigators will compare the diagnostic performance of both methods.
