Study of Capivasertib in Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma
Relapsed or Refractory B-cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaThis study is an open-label, multicenter Phase II study of capivasertib administered orally in participants with Relapsed or Refractory (R/R) B-cell Non-Hodgkin's Lymphoma (NHL).
Study of Oral LOXO-338 in Patients With Advanced Blood Cancers
LeukemiaLymphocytic11 moreThe purpose of this study is to find out whether the study drug, LOXO-338, is safe and effective in patients with advanced blood cancer. Patients must have already received standard therapy. The study may last up to approximately 3 years.
Ulixertinib in Treating Patients With Advanced Solid Tumors, Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma, or Histiocytic...
Advanced Malignant Solid NeoplasmRecurrent Ependymal Tumor34 moreThis phase II Pediatric MATCH trial studies how well ulixertinib works in treating patients with solid tumors that have spread to other places in the body (advanced), non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders that have a genetic alteration (mutation) in a signaling pathway called MAPK. A signaling pathway consists of a group of molecules in a cell that control one or more cell functions. Genes in the MAPK pathway are frequently mutated in many types of cancers. Ulixertinib may stop the growth of cancer cells that have mutations in the MAPK pathway.
Nivolumab With DA-REPOCH Chemotherapy Regimen in Treating Patients With Aggressive B-Cell Non-Hodgkin's...
Aggressive Non-Hodgkin LymphomaAnn Arbor Stage I Primary Mediastinal (Thymic) Large B-Cell Cell Lymphoma15 moreThis phase II trial studies how well nivolumab works with the DA-REPOCH chemotherapy regimen in treating patients with aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab, may help the body?s immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as dose-adjusted rituximab, etoposide, prednisone, vincristine sulfate, cyclophosphamide, and doxorubicin hydrochloride (DA-REPOCH), work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving nivolumab with DA-REPOCH may work better in treating patients with aggressive B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
A Study to Evaluate the Safety,PK and PD of APG-2575 in Patients With Hematologic Malignancies
Chronic Lymphocytic LeukemiaNon Hodgkin LymphomaThe purpose of this study is to assess the safety, tolerability, pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties of APG-2575 in patients with relapse or refractory chronic lymphocytic leukemia and non-hodgkin's lymphoma.
Phase 1-2 MAHCT w/ TCell Depleted Graft w/ Simultaneous Infusion Conventional and Regulatory T Cell...
Myeloid LeukemiaChronic9 moreFor patients with hematologic malignancies undergoing allogeneic myeloablative (MA) HCT with a T cell depleted graft, the infusion of naturally occurring regulatory T cells with conventional T cells (T cell add back) in pre-defined doses and ratios will reduce the incidence of acute graft vs host disease while augmenting the graft vs leukemia effect and improving immune reconstitution.
Ibrutinib in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Transformed Indolent B-cell Non-Hodgkin...
Recurrent Transformed B-Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaRefractory Transformed B-Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaThis pilot phase II trial studies ibrutinib in treating patients with transformed indolent (a type of cancer that grows slowly) B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma that have returned after a period of improvement (relapsed) or do not respond to treatment (refractory). Ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes (proteins) needed for cell growth.
Selinexor and Ibrutinib in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia...
Prolymphocytic LeukemiaRecurrent Adult Diffuse Large Cell Lymphoma3 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of selinexor when given together with ibrutinib in treating patients with chronic lymphocytic leukemia or aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma that has returned after a period of improvement or does not respond to treatment. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as selinexor, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Ibrutinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving selinexor together with ibrutinib may be a better treatment for chronic lymphocytic leukemia or aggressive non-Hodgkin lymphoma.
Lenalidomide and Combination Chemotherapy (DA-EPOCH-R) in Treating Patients With MYC-Associated...
Adult Grade III Lymphomatoid GranulomatosisB-cell Chronic Lymphocytic Leukemia71 moreThis phase I/II trial studies the side effects and best dose of lenalidomide when given together with combination chemotherapy and to see how well they work in treating patients with v-myc myelocytomatosis viral oncogene homolog (avian) (MYC)-associated B-cell lymphomas. Lenalidomide may stop the growth of B-cell lymphomas by blocking the growth of new blood vessels necessary for cancer growth and by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Biological therapies, such as lenalidomide, use substances made from living organisms that may stimulate or suppress the immune system in different ways and stop cancer cells from growing. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as etoposide, prednisone, vincristine sulfate, doxorubicin hydrochloride, cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, may block cancer growth in different ways by targeting certain cells. Giving lenalidomide together with combination chemotherapy may be an effective treatment in patients with B-cell lymphoma.
Brentuximab Vedotin or Crizotinib and Combination Chemotherapy in Treating Patients With Newly Diagnosed...
Anaplastic Large Cell LymphomaALK-Positive3 moreThis partially randomized phase II trial studies how well brentuximab vedotin or crizotinib and combination chemotherapy works in treating patients with newly diagnosed stage II-IV anaplastic large cell lymphoma. Brentuximab vedotin is a monoclonal antibody, called brentuximab, linked to a toxic agent called vedotin. Brentuximab attaches to CD30 positive cancer cells in targeted way and delivers vedotin to kill them. Crizotinib and methotrexate may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of cancer cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known whether brentuximab vedotin and combination chemotherapy is more effective than crizotinib and combination chemotherapy in treating anaplastic large cell lymphoma.
