Evaluation of Safety and Efficacy of TUG (Therapeutic Ultrasound for Glaucoma) in the Treatment...
GlaucomaPrimary Open Angle1 moreThe purpose of this study is to evaluate whether the TUG device is safe and effective in patients with primary open angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
Trabectome Versus Trabeculectomy With Mitomycin C in Patients With Open Angle Glaucoma
Open Angle GlaucomaThe purpose of this study is to compare the efficacy and safety of Trabectome versus Trabeculectomy with adjunctive Mitomycin C, combined with cataract surgery, in patients with open angle glaucoma.
Study of Travatan and Cosopt in Primary Open-Angle Glaucoma or Ocular Hypertension
Open-angle GlaucomaOcular HypertensionTo compare the efficacy and safety in patients treated with travoprost versus dorzolamide/timolol maleate combination in patients with open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension
Comparing Acular LS and Pred Forte in Reducing Post-selective Laser Trabeculoplasty Anterior Chamber...
Open Angle GlaucomaThe Investigators will compare, in a randomized, prospective, masked and controlled fashion the effect of a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent (Acular LS), a corticosteroid (Pred Forte) and a placebo (Refresh Tears) on patient discomfort, degree of intraocular pressure (IOP) lowering and degree of ocular inflammation following selective laser trabeculoplasty treatment for open angle glaucoma.

DuoTrav APS Versus XALACOM® in Ocular Surface Health
Open Angle GlaucomaOcular HypertensionTo demonstrate superiority of DuoTrav APS over XALACOM® in Ocular Surface Health in patients with open angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension.
Comparative Study of Dorzol Eye Drops, 20 mg/ml Versus Trusopt® Eye Drops, 20 mg/ml
Primary Open Angle Glaucoma of Both EyesThe goal of this study is to compare efficacy and safety of Dorzol 20 mg/mL Eye Drops manufactured by JADRAN-GALENSKI LABORATORIJ d.d. (Croatia) aimed at lowering elevated IOP in patients with ocular hypertension and primary open-angle glaucoma (POAG) versus TRUSOPT 20 MG/ML Eye Drops manufactured by Laboratoires Merck Sharp & Dohme-Chibret, France. The main questions it aims to answer are: if the efficacy of the investigational drug and the reference drug in patients with ocular hypertension and primary open-angle glaucoma is equal; if the safety of the investigational drug and the reference drug in patients with ocular hypertension and primary open-angle glaucoma is equal. A total of 118 participants were screened and randomized 1:1 to the investigational drug (Dorzol) group or the reference drug (Trusopt) group. 59 patients were recruited in each group. Researchers compared the investigational drug (Dorzol) group with the reference drug (Trusopt) group to see if the efficacy and safety of the investigational drug and the reference drug in patients with ocular hypertension and primary open-angle glaucoma are equal.
Electroretinogram and Retinal Vascular Changes After Cataract Surgery
Primary Open Angle GlaucomaTo compare electrophysiological and Optical coherence tomography angiography of optic disc and macula changes after uneventful phacoemulsification between normal and cataractus patients with primary open angle glaucoma.
Evaluation of the Compatibility of Different Eye Lid Retractors to the Direct Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty...
OAG - Open-Angle GlaucomaDirect Selective Laser Trabeculoplasty (DSLT) is an emerging therapeutic technology to treat glaucoma. DSLT was previously tested in 2 clinical trials and demonstrated promising safety and efficacy results in reducing the patient's intra ocular pressure. Experience gained in the previous clinical studies indicates that a full exposure of the limbal area may be a challenge in patients with narrow palpebral fissures, narrow or floppy eyelids, and patients with deep-set eyes.
Ocular Surface Disease Changes After iStent or iStent Inject Implantation With Phacoemulsification...
Ocular Surface DiseaseGlaucoma1 moreThis prospective interventional single-arm trial evaluates measures changes in ocular surface disease parameters in eyes with mild to moderate open-angle glaucoma (OAG) on 1-4 glaucoma medications who undergo phacoemulsification and trabecular micro-bypass stent(s) implantation (iStent or iStent inject).
