The purpose of this study is to determine how well people can be trained to produce new and different movements through the use of haptic feedback. One particular application is retraining individuals to walk differently in order to reduce knee joint loads to prevent or treat knee osteoarthritis as an alternative to surgical treatments.

The purpose of this study is to investigate reduction of pain, gain of function and improvement of life quality by intraoperative applied platelet- rich- plasma ( PRP ) during knee arthroscopy for degeneration and osteoarthritis OA by conducting a randomized- controlled, double-blinded trial ( RCT ) including 58 patients with a follow up of 12 months and pain, assessed by Visual- Analogue Scale (VAS) after 6 months as primary endpoint.

This is a single-center, randomized control trial The aim of this study is to compare PRP with placebo as the treatment of knee OA Conducted at Puri Raharja Hospital Bali in January-June 2022 Sample consisted of 106 patients with knee OA grades 2-3 Kellgren-Lawrence, randomized into PRP group and placebo group Samples were injected with 2 ml PRP or normal saline twice at one-week interval The severity of knee OA was assessed by Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index (WOMAC) before injection and two weeks after the first injection.

The study will be a randomized control trial and will be conducted in Pakistan Railway Hospital Rawalpindi. A sample of 60 participants will be taken. Patients will be divided into two groups (A&B) of 30 participants in each group by sealed envelope method. Hot pack will be applied to both groups for 15 minutes at the start of intervention. ERGON Technique(IASTM) will be applied to group A along with strengthening exercise. Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation (PNF) stretching will be given to group B along with strengthening exercise. A 35 minute session will be given to the patients and 3 sessions will be given once a week. Intervention will be given for 6 weeks. The outcome measure will be Visual analog Scale (VAS), Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Arthritis Index (WOMAC), and Active Knee Extension Test (AKE) will be measured at baseline and at the end of 6th week. Data will be analyzed by SPSS 22.

The purpose of this study is to compare objective and subjective measures of knee stability following total knee arthroplasty with a medial pivot design vs. a posterior stabilized design.

This study is a Non-funded, Single Center, Multi-Arm, Parallel Group Randomize Control Trial. In this study, the investigators aim to evaluate the impact of a visual aid on patient comprehension an orthopedic informed consent discussion in low socioeconomic populations. The primary outcome is patient comprehension measured by a Validated Knowledge-Based Multiple Choice Questionnaire. The secondary outcomes include: Patient satisfaction and Time efficiency. The investigators hypothesize that using an Anatomic Model Visual Aid during an orthopedic informed consent discussion will improve patient comprehension, satisfaction and time-efficiency of orthopedic care.

The purpose of this study is to compare the exercise protocol called "Siriraj home base exercise program for OA knee" to usual care and physical modalities for conservative treatment in patients with 1st OA knee.
