TPIV200/huFR-1 (A Multi-Epitope Anti-Folate Receptor Vaccine) Plus Anti-PD-L1 MEDI4736 (Durvalumab)...

Ovarian Cancer

This is a Phase 2 clinical trial, which tests two investigational drugs: TPIV200/huFR-1 (also called TPIV200), which is a vaccine consisting of proteins from the folate receptor alpha mixed with GM-CSF, and durvalumab (MEDI4736) , which is an antibody drug that help un-block parts of the immune system. The aim of this study is to find out whether these drugs, when given together are safe, and whether they are effective in treating cancer.

Fallopian Tube Clear Cell AdenocarcinomaFallopian Tube Endometrioid Adenocarcinoma12 more

This phase II trial studies the combination of pembrolizumab, bevacizumab, and low dose oral cyclophosphamide in treating patients with recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer. Monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab and bevacizumab, may block tumor growth in different ways such as boosting your own immune system to find, recognize and kill tumor cells as well as by blocking the growth of new blood vessels necessary for tumor growth and nutrition. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as low dose oral cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, as well as by further enhancing your own body's immune response against cancer cells. As these three drugs have all been shown to improve the immune response against cancer cells giving pembrolizumab, bevacizumab, and cyclophosphamide together may work better in treating patients with recurrent ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer.

A Phase I Study of WT1 or NY-ESO-1 Vaccine and Nivolumab For Recurrent Ovarian Cancer

Ovarian CancerFallopian Tube2 more

The purpose of this study is to test the safety of a combination of an investigational WT1 vaccine and another drug called nivolumab. This is the first time that the WT1 vaccine and nivolumab are being used in combination. Also, to test the safety of a combination of an investigational NY-ESO-1 vaccine and another drug called nivolumab.

A Study of Mirvetuximab Soravtansine in Platinum-Resistant, Advanced High-Grade Epithelial Ovarian,...

Epithelial Ovarian CancerPeritoneal Cancer1 more

This study is designed to evaluate the efficacy and safety of mirvetuximab soravtansine (MIRV) in patients with platinum-resistant high-grade serous epithelial ovarian cancer, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer, whose tumors express a high-level of Folate Receptor-Alpha (FRα). Patients will be, in the opinion of the Investigator, appropriate for single-agent therapy for their next line of therapy. All patients will receive single-agent MIRV at 6 mg/kg adjusted ideal body weight administered on Day 1 of every 3-week cycle.

Visualisation of Indocyanine Green in Primary and Interval Debulking for Ovarian Cancer

Ovarian Cancer

Visualise peritoneal lesions of epithelial ovarian cancer (EOC) in both primary and interval debulking surgery by using intravascular indocyanine green (ICG) and near-infrared (NIR) light. This Trial wants to investigate whether ICG can increase the visibility of peritoneal lesions and can differentiate between peritoneal implants and fibrosis.

A Study of Serum Folate Levels in Patients Treated With Olaparib

Ovarian CancerBreast Cancer1 more

This is a study investigating folate deficiency (lack of folic acid in the blood) in patients who take the drug olaparib to treat their advanced ovarian or breast cancer. The primary goal of this study is to determine the frequency and timing of folate deficiency, and to learn more about whether giving folic acid supplements (vitamins) will help delay or avoid deficiency in these patients. Deficiency can cause doctors to reduce or stop treatment with olaparib. In this case, patients are not getting the best treatment for their cancer due to the unwanted side effect.

Non-Small Cell Lung CancerOvarian Cancer

Study DNB4987g is a Phase I, multicenter, open label, dose-escalation study of DNIB0600A administered as a single agent by intravenous (IV) infusion every three weeks (q3w) to participants with non-squamous NSCLC or non-mucinous, platinum-resistant ovarian cancer. The study will be conducted in two cohorts: Dose-escalation cohort and Expansion cohort.

A Trial of FANG™ Vaccine for Participants With Ovarian Cancer

Ovarian Cancer

This was a clinical trial for women with ovarian cancer scheduled to have an operation to remove the cancerous tissue. The cancer cells removed during the planned surgery were used to attempt to make the investigational product, named Vigil. Vigil is considered an immunotherapy. In this study, participants who met the requirements to be in the study and if Vigil was successfully made from the participants cancer cells, participants underwent treatment with their standard chemotherapy regimen. At the end of the standard chemotherapy regimen and if there was no evidence of remaining cancer, participants were randomly assigned to receive the Vigil or would be assigned to the standard of care group, which in this study meant no further treatment was given to the participant. The purpose of this study was to compare the difference between the participants who received Vigil versus the usual care after completion of standard chemotherapy and to determine if Vigil delayed or prevented ovarian cancer from coming back.
