The maximum tolerated dose on locally advanced unresectable pancreatic tumor treated with CyberKnife SBRT will be evaluated.

This study is an open and single-center Phase I clinical research on patients with advanced pancreatic cancer, for evaluating their adverse reactions or tolerance to K-001, so as to determine the safe and reasonable dosage and dosing regimen.

To study if plasma volume expansion is influenced by the rate at which a colloidal solution is administered in patients with a systemic inflammatory response induced by major abdominal surgery. This phase Ib trial studies the side effects and best way to give pembrolizumab and paricalcitol with or without chemotherapy in patients with pancreatic cancer that can be removed by surgery. Monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may find tumor cells and help carry tumor-killing substances to them. Drugs used in chemotherapy work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving pembrolizumab and paricalcitol with or without chemotherapy before surgery may help to control the disease.

In this study a mistletoe preparation (Iscador Qu) is added to standard therapy in inoperable pancreatic cancer in order to evaluate effect on overall survival and health-related quality of life. Half of participants will take subcutaneous injections with mistletoe in addition to standard therapy (palliative chemotherapy or best supportive care); the other half will receive a placebo and standard therapy.
