Coronary Computed Tomography AngioGraphy Prior to Catheter Ablation in Patients With Atrial FIBrillation...
Atrial FibrillationThe purpose of this randomized, controlled trial is to investigate whether coronary computed tomography (CT) angiography and derived treatment (medical anti-ischemic and multimodality treatment and/or mechanical revascularization) prior to catheter ablation improve clinical outcomes in patients with atrial fibrillation.
Long Term Evaluation and Management of Atrial Fibrillation in Pacemaker Patients
Permanent Pacemaker ImplantationThis study is prospective randomized study which was performed in multicenter (General Hospital) in Korea. Inclusion criteria is patients who developed atrial fibrillation/flutter/tachycardia after pacemaker implantation among AF-pacemaker study (ClinicalTrials.gov Identifier: NCT03303872). The purpose is to investigate the recurrence rate of AF/AFL/AT in both groups after randomization for 60 months (5 years) in patients post pacemaker implantation and assess long term clinical results.
Prevention of Postoperative Atrial Fibrillation (POAF) Using Intra-Pericardial Amiodarone
Atrial FibrillationPost-Op ComplicationThe purpose of this study is to evaluate the combination of CardiaMend, with the addition of amiodarone in the prevention of postoperative atrial fibrillation (POAF) in patients undergoing cardiac arterial bypass grafting (CABG) or valve surgery.
Adjunctive Right Atrial Ablation for Persistent Atrial Fibrillation
Atrial FibrillationPersistentPersistent atrial fibrillation (PerAF) can induce right atrial (RA) enlargement. Our previous study demonstrated patients with PerAF and RA enlargment may benefit from adjunctive RA ablation. Therefore, we conduct this multicenter, prospective, randomized study to confirm the value of adjunctive RA ablation.
Rate or Rhythm Control in CRT: the RHYTHMIC Study
Atrial FibrillationHeart Failure70 patients with heart failure, AF and CRT with BiV<95% will be randomised to either AF ablation or AV node ablation. Evaluation at 6 months with echocardiography and clinical assessment.
Individualised Mapping in Persistent AF Ablation
Persistent Atrial FibrillationA clinical randomised trial to compare strategies for ablation in persistent and long-standing persistent atrial fibrillation comprising of two arms: pulmonary veins isolation (PVI) only and PVI + individualised mapping-guided ablation (Cartofinder, Biosense Webster Inc.)
Driver Ablation of Persistent Atrial Fibrillation With Severe Atrial Fibrosis.
Persistent Atrial FibrillationThis is an open label, randomized parallel control clinical trial, to demonstrate the role of driver mechanism in maintenance substrate of persistent atrial fibrillation with severe atrial fibrosis, and evaluate the clinical outcomes of driver mapping and ablation strategy in patients with persistent atrial fibrillation with severe atrial fibrosis.
Realtime Diagnosis From Electrocardiogram Artificial Intelligence-Guided Screening for Atrial Fibrillation...
Atrial FibrillationThe purpose of this research is to test whether Apple Watch, used as a long-term monitoring device, can enable early detection of atrial fibrillation.
Registry to Evaluate Chinese Real-World Clinical Outcomes in Patients With AF Using the WATCHMAN...
Non-valvular Atrial FibrillationThe aim of the registry is to evaluate Chinese real-World clinical outcomes in patients With AF using the WATCHMAN left Atrial appendage closure technology
Electroacupuncture Intervention in Catheter Ablation of Atrial Fibrillation
Atrial FibrillationCatheter AblationThis is a randomized control trial to determine whether electroacupuncture(EA) intervention with Morphine can reduce the intraoperative pain and early post-operative complications in patients undergoing catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation.
