The Effects of Exercise on Serum BDNF and Irisin Levels in Patients With Rheumatoid Arthritis
Rheumatoid ArthritisSleep Quality1 moreThe aim of our study is to investigate the effects of aerobic exercise on sleep quality, fatigue, quality of life, depression and serum BDNF and irisin levels, which are important biomarkers of sleep in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.

Created 2 study groups: Kinesiotherapy with static magnetic field Kinesiotherapy with low-frequency pulsed magnetic field Pulsed magnetic field give better effects then static magnetic field.

Scintigraphy for Prediction In Rheumatoid Intentional Therapy Tapering
Rheumatoid ArthritisThe goal of this observational study is to investigate whether 99mTc-maraciclatide imaging prior to biologic therapy tapering and after 3 months can predict those at risk of Rheumatoid arthritis flare. Participants undergoing routine tapering of biologic drug therapy will have 99mTc-maraciclatide imaging in addition to normal ultrasound imaging and then followed up over 12 months to assess whether an interval scan alone or in combination with the baseline scan is predictive of flare.

A Study to Investigate Safety, Tolerability, and Pharmacokinetics of Oral Doses of TCK-276 in Patients...
Rheumatoid ArthritisThe study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability, and pharmacokinetic (PK) of multiple orally administered TCK-276 in both males and females with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA).

Impact of Air Pollution on the Course of Inflammatory Rheumatism
Rheumatoid ArthritisAnkylosing Spondylitis1 moreThe objective of this study is to see if there is a link between air pollution and inflammatory rheumatism (rheumatoid arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis) To do this, the investigators are going to follow a cohort of about 200-400 patients for 6 months by means of a self-questionnaire, which the investigators ask the patient to fill in once a week on a fixed day, and opposite the corresponding week to put the letter corresponding to the question concerning the activity of your disease: 3 possible answers: A: no flare-up, B: short flare-up of 1 to 3 days, C: persistent flare-up of more than 3 days Then the investigators will collect the questionnaire at the end of these 6 months and at each visit to the consultation or day hospital (on average every 4 to 6 weeks), and they will look to see if any relapses have occurred. At the same time the investigators will calculate the disease activity score (DAS or BASDAI) to have an objective score. Then in parallel they will look at the level of exposure to air pollution according to the place of residence and work of each patient. The hypothesis is that air pollution has an influence on the activity of inflammatory rheumatism.

The Role of Aquatic-Based Plyometric Exercises for Patients With Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis
Juvenile Idiopathic ArthritisThis study was designed to assess the effect of a 12-week aqua-plyometric (AquaPlyo) training on muscle strength, bone health, and physical ability in children with juvenile idiopathic arthritis (JIA). Forty-eight patients with JIA were randomly allocated to the AquaPlyo group (n = 24, received an aquatic-based plyometric training program, twice/week, over 12 weeks) or the control group (n = 24, received standard exercise program). Both groups were assessed for muscle strength, bone health, and physical ability pre and post-treatment.

Efficacy and Safety Study of BMS-986142 in Patients With Moderate to Severe Rheumatoid Arthritis...
Rheumatoid ArthritisThe purpose of this study is to determine whether the study drug, BMS-986142, is safe and effective in treating moderate to severe rheumatoid arthritis in subjects with an inadequate response to methotrexate or methotrexate and up to 2 tumour necrosis factor (TNF) Inhibitors. Patients who qualify will be randomized to either one of 3 doses of BMS-986142 or placebo in 1:1:1 randomization for 12 weeks. Disease activity and safety will be assessed over the course of the study.

Rheumatoid ArthritisThis is a Phase 2, PoC, randomized, placebo-controlled, double blind, international multicentre study to explore the effect of a new antibody to treat patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis

A Study to Compare Upadacitinib (ABT-494) Monotherapy to Methotrexate (MTX) Monotherapy in Adults...
Rheumatoid ArthritisThe objectives of Period 1 were the following: To compare the safety and efficacy of upadacitinib 7.5 mg once daily (QD) monotherapy (for participants in Japan only), 15 mg QD monotherapy, and 30 mg QD monotherapy versus weekly methotrexate monotherapy for the treatment of signs and symptoms of RA in methotrexate-naïve adults with moderately to severely active RA; To compare the efficacy of upadacitinib 15 mg QD monotherapy and upadacitinib 30 mg QD monotherapy versus weekly methotrexate monotherapy for prevention of structural progression in methotrexate-naïve adults with moderately to severely active RA. The objective of Period 2 is to evaluate the long-term safety, tolerability, and efficacy of upadacitinib 7.5 mg QD (for participants in Japan only), 15 mg QD, and 30 mg QD in adults with RA who have completed Period 1.
