DataBase of pulmoNary hyPertesion in PoLish Population - BNP-PL
Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary HypertensionPulmonary Arterial HypertensionThe BNP-PL is a multicenter, observational study in which patients are prospectively followed in order to investigate clinical course and management of pulmonary hypertension in Poland. All patients diagnosed with pulmonary arterial hypertension and chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension confirmed in right heart catheterization, will be eligible to participate in the study.
Pulmonary Hypertension Registry Switzerland
Pulmonary HypertensionRegistry Data from PH-patients in Switzerland, who have given consent to records for research purposes.
Artificial Intelligence-assisted Evaluation of Pulmonary HYpertension
Pulmonary HypertensionPulmonary Arterial HypertensionPulmonary hypertension represents a challenging and heterogeneous condition that is associated with high mortality and morbidity if left untreated. Artificial intelligence is used to study and develop theories and methods that simulate and extend human intelligence, which is being applied in fields related to cardiovascular diseases. The study intends to combine multimodal clinical data of patients who undergo right heart catheterization at Fuwai Hospital with artificial intelligence techniques to create programs that can screen and diagnose pulmonary hypertension.
Incidence and Clinical Characteristics of Pulmonary Hypertension Secondary to ARDS in the Highland...
ARDSThe study is conducted in the affiliated hospital of Qinghai University .Patients in the department of Critical Care Medicine and Emergency Intensive Care Unit will be eligible for inclusion if they meet the Berlin criteria. Two researchers assess pulmonary artery pressure and right heart function of patients who are enrolled.
Pulmonary Hypertension Observational Study
Pulmonary HypertensionThe purpose of this study is to establish the large PH cohort and biological database in China, aiming for precision medicine to optimize diagnosis and treatment choices.
Database for Clinical and Anamnestic Data in Pulmonary Hypertension
Pulmonary HypertensionPulmonary hypertension (PH) is defined as a pulmonary arterial mean pressure (meanPAP) ≥ 25 mmHg measured in the right heart catheterization. There are different forms of PH defined in the classification of Dana Point 2008. PH is diagnosed with right heart catheterization but there are other non invasive methods which can be used for screening like the echocardiography, stress echocardiography and cardio pulmonary exercise testing. In the diagnosis process and in the follow up of PH patients biomarkers like NTproBNP are helpful. There are no specific biomarkers for the disease which can make the diagnosis process easier and predict prognosis. The systematic data collection in a data base provides better information about patients in daily routine and clinical studies as well as in the design of new studies.
Investigation of Dysynchrony in Patients With Pulmonary Hypertension
Pulmonary HypertensionThe purpose of the study is to determine whether patients with pulmonary hypertension (PH) have dysynchrony, and if so whether it is electrical or mechanical. Once this has been determined, during a catheterization the investigators will test if pacing the heart improves blood circulation.
Zürich Pulmonary Hypertension Outcome Assessment Cohort
Pulmonary Hypertension Outcome AssessmentPH is a serious disease with a dismal prognosis and impaired quality of life when left untreated. Reliable patient centered and prognostically relevant outcome measures are highly warranted in the field of PH. With this prospective cohort study the investigators intend to gain important information on the course of the disease and knowledge on the value of different new and already established outcome parameters.
Pediatric Pulmonary Hypertension Network (PPHNet) Informatics Registry
Pulmonary Vascular DiseasePulmonary Arterial HypertensionPatients are being asked to be in this research study because medical researchers hope that by gathering information about a large number of children with pulmonary hypertension over time, their understanding of the disease process will increase and lead to better treatment. Investigators believe that pulmonary hypertension in children is different than pulmonary hypertension in adults and this study will help us understand those differences.
Change-a Multi-center Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary Hypertension (CTEPH) Database in China
Chronic Thromboembolic Pulmonary HypertensionThe Change Database is a prospective, observational multi-center disease registry, which will collect data on patients with chronic thromboembolic pulmonary hypertension (CTEPH) in China. The registry will run for approximately 5 years. It aims to illustrate the epidemiology, management and longterm outcomes of CTEPH.
