Sputum Labeling Utilizing Synthetic Meso-Tetra (4-Carboxyphenyl) Porphyrin (TCPP) for Detection...
Lung CancerThe primary objective of this study is optimization of the assay to discriminate between cancer cells and non-cancer cells in sputum samples by the performance of experiments that will determine methods to liquefy sputum, select proper fixatives and buffers, determine the efficacy of use of methyl-beta-cyclodextrin (MBCD) in sputum processing and determine the use of flow cytometry for high-throughput, and in the establishment of cell count and sputum cell populations in patient samples. The secondary objective of this study is comparison of the characteristics of sputum from three cohorts labeled with CyPath Lung to determine differential characteristics between samples taken from Participants who are not at high risk for lung cancer, Participants at high risk for lung cancer who are free of the disease and Participants with confirmed lung cancer.
Lung Cancer Registry for Lung Cancer Patients
Lung CancerIn the light of a new era in the management of lung cancer this non-interventional study intend to capture all the epidemiological, clinical, pathological, molecular and treatment parameters of non-small cell (NSCLC) and small cell (SCLC) lung cancer patients from a tertiary Oncology Clinic in an Electronic Data Base (EDB).
A Study of Atezolizumab in Patients With Unresectable, Locally Advanced or Metastatic NSCLC (J-TAIL)...
Non-small-Cell Lung CancerThis prospective, observational study is to assess the long-term effectiveness and safety of Atezolizumab in patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer in clinical practice.
Treatment Patterns, Outcomes and Resource Use Study for Advanced Stage Non-Small Cell Lung Cancer...
Lung CancerA retrospective observational longitudinal medical chart review study of randomly sampled patients diagnosed with advanced/metastatic NSCLC. The minimum observational period for each patient will be 12 months.
Descriptive Analysis of G-CSF Use in Patients With Breast Cancer, Lung Cancer, or Lymphoma Treated...
Breast CancerLung CancerPurpose: With the existing recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factors (G-CSFs) patents expiring and the FDA approval of new biosimilar and innovator biologics, patients being treated with Grade III and IV myelosuppressive chemotherapy regimens will have additional therapeutic options. This observational study will describe the patient characteristics of new users of G-CSFs. It will describe in the treatment cohorts a primary outcome of hospitalizations for febrile neutropenia. The BBCIC will use the findings from this descriptive analysis to design a comparative study evaluating the real-world effectiveness and safety of biosimilar and innovator G-CSFs.
Effect on Patient Reported Outcomes of VATS and SABR (LILAC)
Lung CancerThis study will monitor the effect on patients reported outcomes (PROMs) of VATS resection and SABR for NSCLC delivered at the Leeds Cancer Centre The investigator will support with this information the Shared Decision Making (SDM) process. 300 consecutive patients will be followed up from prior the treatment to 12 months afterwards, administering multiple questionnaires (EORTC QLQ C-30 and LC-13, PSQ-18, Decision Self-Efficacy Scale) by a remote web-based system. Deliverable: Differences after VATS resections or SABR in terms of physical and psychological symptoms, quality of life and satisfaction Patient perspectives of the Shared Decision Making Process.
The Association of MicroRNA21-155 Levels With Acute Side Effects In Patients With Stage III NSCLC...
Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Stage IIIThe present investigation constitutes a prospective cohort study. The objectives encompass the assessment of miRNA expression levels in total exosomes derived from peripheral circulation tissues of stage III definite KRT NSCLC patients both at the beginning and conclusion of their treatment. Furthermore, an exploration is conducted into the potential correlation existing between alterations in miRNA levels and the incidence of acute treatment-related side effects.
To Evaluate the Correlation Between the Results of Specific Gene Testing and the Efficacy of Targeted...
Non Small Cell Lung CancerEvaluated the correlation between the qualitative test results of Xiamen Aide the gene test specified by the test reagent and the efficacy of relevant targeted drugs in patients with non-small cell lung cancery, and the research data is used to support the registration and marketing of the assessment reagent
Expressiona and Diagnostic Potential of miRNAs in NSCLC
Non Small Cell Lung CancerIts to explore the expression pattern, diagnostic and prognostic potentials of miRs (106b-5p, 601 and 760) in serum of NSCLC patients
EUS-B-FNA vs EUS-FNA for Left Adrenal Gland Analysis in Lung Cancer Patients
Suspected Left Adrenal Gland Metastasis in Lung CancerThe purpose of this study is to compare EUS-B-FNA (using the EBUS scope)with EUS-FNA for left adrenal gland analysis in lung cancer patients.
