The purpose of the study is to determine the efficacy of etoricoxib on pain patients. The investigators assume that patients with neuropathic pain will have greater pain relief then patients on placebo.

Herniated disc sometimes cause back pain radiating down to a leg. This pain can be so severe that it is functionally disabling. The purpose of this randomized clinical trial is to determine if corticosteroid medication, delivered directly to the area near the herniated disc, can improve the pain and functional disability associated with a herniated disc.

The primary objective is to use machine learning methods on large survey and health register data to identify participants with different treatment trajectories and health outcomes after surgical and/or conservative treatment for spinal disorders. Secondary objectives are to 1) conduct external validation of the prediction models, and 2) explore how the prediction models can be implemented into AI-based clinical co-decision tools and interventions.

The purpose of this research is to test if that combining bone marrow aspirate (removing bone marrow with a needle) concentration with locally harvested (collected) autograft (patient's own bone from another part of the body) for use as the bone graft results in equal rates of a successful procedure (fusion), as compared to current best practice in high-risk patients undergoing posterior cervical fusion. Hypothesis: Bone marrow aspirate concentration combined with locally harvested autograft results in equivalent rates of bony fusion, as compared to current best practice in high-risk patients undergoing posterior cervical decompression and fusion.

The most common chronic low back pain conditions are a consequence of disc disease as well as muscular and bony etiologies. The discs degenerate and weaken, bulge and are pushed into the space containing the spinal cord or a nerve root resulting in severe pain. A common treatment is then surgery. Whole-body vibration combined with un-weighting traction and specific manual mobilization plus active therapeutic exercise seems to treat chronic low back pain by non-invasively firing muscles of the lumbar spine. The investigators are seeking to show such therapy reduces the need for surgery and significantly out performs traditional physical as the preferred conservative treatment.

The objective of this study is to collect clinical and radiographic outcomes using the CONDUIT™ Interbody Cervical System with supplemental fixation using a DePuy Synthes Cervical Plating System.

Diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) is a non-invasive MRI technique offering a functional approach that provides morphological information about the microstructures of the nerve roots. DTI is a widely used neuroimaging technique and is a current topic of research in the field of peripheral nerve imaging.The aim of the study is to determine the prognostic quality of the DTI parameters to predict the therapeutic evolution of patients with lumbar radiculalgia at 6 months.

The purpose of this study is to compare the fusion rates between the EBI, LLC C-Tek™ Anterior Cervical Plate, Slotted Hole Design versus the Fixed Hole Design.

The objective of this study is to perform a prospective, single-arm clinical evaluation utilizing the Spira™-C 3-D printed titanium interbody device for treatment of degenerative disc disease and spinal stenosis of the cervical spine to evaluate fusion status and patient reported outcomes. The primary objective is fusion status or bony healing within the device. Patient reported outcomes, i.e. pain, function, and quality of life will also be measured postoperatively.

The aim of this study is to answer the questions below; Is there a difference between patients with lumbar radiculopathy suffering from radicular pain and healthy subjects in terms of static and dynamic postural stability? Is there a relationship between postural stability and the neuropathic characteristics of radicular pain?
