Ensartinib in Treating Patients With Relapsed or Refractory Advanced Solid Tumors, Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma,...

Advanced Malignant Solid NeoplasmMalignant Solid Neoplasm31 more

This phase II Pediatric MATCH trial studies how well ensartinib works in treating patients with solid tumors, non-Hodgkin lymphoma, or histiocytic disorders with ALK or ROS1 genomic alterations that have come back (recurrent) or does not respond to treatment (refractory) and may have spread from where it first started to nearby tissue, lymph nodes, or distant parts of the body (advanced). Ensartinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth.

Salvage Brachytherapy and Hyperthermia for Recurrent H&N-tumours

Locally Recurrent Head and Neck Cancer

The aim of the present trial is to assess the prospective results of protocol-based interstitial pulsed-dose-rate (PDR) brachytherapy with interstitial hyperthermia (iHT) in a group of selected patients where salvage surgery with clear resection margins was not possible.

Genetically Modified T-cells (CMV-Specific CD19-CAR T-cells) Plus a Vaccine (CMV-MVA Triplex) Following...

B-Cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaDiffuse Large B-Cell Lymphoma6 more

This phase I trial studies the safety and side effects of cytomegalovirus (CMV) specific CD19-chimeric antigen receptor (CAR) T-cells along with the CMV-modified vaccinia Ankara (MVA) triplex vaccine following a stem cell transplant in treating patients with high grade B-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. CAR T-cells are a type of treatment in which a patient's T-cells (a type of immune system cell) are changed in the laboratory so they will attack cancer cells. T-cells are taken from a patient's blood. Then the gene for a special receptor that binds to a certain protein on the patient's cancer cells is added in the laboratory. The special receptor is called a chimeric antigen receptor (CAR). Large numbers of the CAR T-cells are grown in the laboratory and given to the patient by infusion. Vaccines such as CMV-MVA triplex are made from gene-modified viruses and may help the body build an effective immune response to kill cancer cells. Giving CMV-specific CD19-CAR T-cells plus the CMV-MVA triplex vaccine following a stem cell transplant may help prevent the cancer from coming back.

CarcinomaRecurrent and/or Metastatic Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma

This is a Phase 2, open-label, multicenter, single-arm study of NRC-2694-A in combination with paclitaxel in patients with R/M HNSCC with progression on or after ICI therapy. A total of approximately 46 male and female patients will be enrolled. This sample size is based on Simon's 2-stage design with historical control ORR of 30% and a target ORR of 50%.

Patients With Recurrent Acute Myelogenous Leukemia After Transplantation

After screening according to the criteria for selection and exclusion, patients who meet the criteria are selected, CD47 monoclonal antibody combined with azacitidine is used for the treatment of patients with recurrent AML after transplantation. The primary outcome is objective response rate (ORR).

Immunotherapy for Recurrent Cervical Cancer Refractory to Platinum-based Chemotherapy: Multi-Center...

Recurrent Cervical CarcinomaPersistent Advanced Cervical Carcinoma4 more

This is a updated trial of NCT04188860 as a multi-center study. For recurrent or persistent advanced cervical cancer patients, the first-line chemotherapy was based on platinum. However, if they were refractory to platinum-based chemotherapy, there were no other more effective medications or treatment. The marketing of anti-PD-1 antibody has provided an opportunity of curative management. This single arm, open, phase II trial would recruit 122 eligible patients. A combination of anti-PD-1 antibody camrelizumab and albumin-bound paclitaxel would be given for all patients. The primary end is overall response rate (ORR). The second ends include progression-free survival, overall survival, disease control rate, remission duration, and adverse events. A molecular testing, mainly consisting of genomic analysis, will be carried in the oncologic tissues.
