Study of ctDNA Guided Change in Tx for Refractory Minimal Residual Disease in Colon Adenocarcinomas...

Colon AdenocarcinomaColorectal Cancer

This is a phase 1b, prospective, single arm, non-randomized, open-label clinical trial determining the efficacy of adjuvant trifluridine and tipiracil (TAS-102) in combination with irinotecan in patients with ctDNA positive colon adenocarcinoma.

Daratumumab for Chemotherapy-Refractory Minimal Residual Disease in T Cell ALL

T-cell Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia

In this study, the investigators are hypothesizing that daratumumab-hyaluronidase will effectively treat T-ALL in patients who have persistent or recurrent MRD following treatment with chemotherapy.

Natural Killer(NK) Cell Therapy for AML Minimal Residual Disease

Minimal Residual Disease

This is an open-label, Phase I study of QN-030a (allogeneic NK cell therapy) in Acute Myeloid Leukemia Minimal Residual Disease(AML MRD). This clinical study is to evaluate the safety, tolerability and preliminary efficacy of QN-020a in patients with AML MRD, where a "3+3" enrollment schema will be utilized at dose escalation stage. Up to 18 patients will be enrolled.

Pembrolizumab and Dasatinib, Imatinib Mesylate, or Nilotinib in Treating Patients With Chronic Myeloid...

Chronic Phase Chronic Myelogenous LeukemiaBCR-ABL1 Positive1 more

This phase II trial studies how well pembrolizumab and dasatinib, imatinib mesylate, or nilotinib work in treating patients with chronic myeloid leukemia and persistent detection of minimal residual disease, defined as the levels of a gene product called bcr-abl in the blood. Monoclonal antibodies, such as pembrolizumab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Dasatinib, imatinib mesylate, and nilotinib may stop the growth of cancer cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Giving pembrolizumab and dasatinib, imatinib mesylate, or nilotinib may work better in treating patients with chronic myeloid leukemia.

Rituximab With or Without Stem Cell Transplant in Treating Patients With Minimal Residual Disease-Negative...

CD20 PositiveMantle Cell Lymphoma

This randomized phase III trial studies rituximab after stem cell transplant and to see how well it works compared with rituximab alone in treating patients with in minimal residual disease-negative mantle cell lymphoma in first complete remission. Monoclonal antibodies, such as rituximab, may interfere with the ability of cancer cells to grow and spread. Giving chemotherapy before a stem cell transplant helps kill any cancer cells that are in the body and helps make room in the patient's bone marrow for new blood-forming cells (stem cells) to grow. After treatment, stem cells are collected from the patient's blood and stored. More chemotherapy is then given to prepare the bone marrow for the stem cell transplant. The stem cells are then returned to the patient to replace the blood-forming cells that were destroyed by the chemotherapy. Giving rituximab with or without stem cell transplant may work better in treating patients with mantle cell lymphoma.

MInimal Residual Disease Adapted Strategy

Multiple Myeloma

IFM 2020-02 will enroll patients eligible for ASCT less than 66 years. All patients will receive induction based on 6 cycles (28-day) of KRD-Isatuximab (Isa-KRD), in order to achieve deep responses and high MRD negativity rates. Patients will be classified at diagnosis according to cytogenetics (standard vs high-risk cytogenetics defined by the LP score including 17p deletion, t(4;14), del(1p32), gain 1q, trisomy 21 and trisomy 5).

Adjustment of Chemotherapy Duration in Follicular Lymphoma According to Minimal Residual Disease...

Follicular Lymphoma

Follicular lymphoma (FL) is a chronic indolent malignancy, where treatment with 6 cycles of bendamustine obinutuzumab (BO) is highly effective but at a cost of increased adverse events. Tumor specific DNA can be traced in blood and bone marrow of follicular lymphoma patients even after therapy, and when detected after lymphoma treatment it is referred to as minimal residual disease (MRD). MRD elimination after effective lymphoma treatment is a marker for deep response and correlates with prolonged remission. In this study we aim to omit chemotherapy after 4 cycles of treatment in patients achieving MRD elimination after 3 months of therapy, as well as complete metabolic response on positron emission computed tomography (PET-CT), hoping to preserve treatment effectiveness while reducing adverse events.
