This research study is studying stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) as a possible treatment for lung relapse of Ewing sarcoma, rhabdomyosarcoma, osteosarcoma, non-rhabdomyosarcoma soft tissue sarcoma, Wilms tumor or other primary renal tumor (including clear cell and rhabdoid). SBRT is a form of targeted radiotherapy that can treat very small tumors using a few large doses.

This study is looking to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and recommended phase 2 dose (RP2D) of lyso-thermosensitive liposomal doxorubicin (LTLD) administered in combination with MR-HIFU in children with relapsed/refractory solid tumors, which may include but are not limited to rhabdomyosarcoma and other soft tissue sarcomas, Ewing's sarcoma family of tumors, osteosarcoma, neuroblastoma, Wilms' tumor, hepatic tumors, and germ cell tumors.

This phase Ib trial studies the side effects and best dose of ribociclib when giving together with doxorubicin hydrochloride in treating patients with soft tissue sarcomas that has spread to other places or that cannot be removed by surgery (advanced). Ribociclib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as doxorubicin hydrochloride, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. Giving ribociclib and doxorubicin hydrochloride may work better in treating patients with soft tissue sarcoma.

The Phase 1 part of the study is conducted to determine the maximum tolerated dose (MTD) and Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) of eribulin mesilate in combination with irinotecan hydrochloride in pediatric participants with relapsed/refractory solid tumors (excluding central nervous system [CNS] tumors). The Phase 2 part of the study is conducted to assess the objective response rate (ORR) and duration of response (DOR) of eribulin mesilate in combination with irinotecan hydrochloride in pediatric participants with relapsed/refractory rhabdomyosarcoma (RMS), non-rhabdomyosarcoma soft tissue sarcoma (NRSTS) and ewing sarcoma (EWS).

TAA-Specific CTLS for Solid Tumors (TACTASOM)

This is a clinical trial for patients with a solid tumor which has come back, or may come back, or has not gone away after treatment, including the standard treatment we know for these diseases. This is a study using special immune system cells called tumor-associated antigen (TAA)-specific cytotoxic T lymphocytes, a new experimental therapy. The proteins that the investigators are targeting in this study are called tumor-associated antigens (TAAs). These are cell proteins that are specific to the cancer cell, so they either do not show or show up in low quantities on normal human cells. In this study, the investigators target five common TAAs called NY-ESO-1, MAGEA4, PRAME, Survivin and SSX. On a different study, patients have been treated and so far this treatment has shown to be safe. The investigators now want to try this treatment in patients with solid tumors. This protocol is designed as a Phase I dose-escalation study.

This randomized phase II trial studies how well vinorelbine tartrate and cyclophosphamide work in combination with bevacizumab or temsirolimus in treating patients with recurrent or refractory rhabdomyosarcoma. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as vinorelbine tartrate and cyclophosphamide, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells or by stopping them from dividing. Monoclonal antibodies, such as bevacizumab, can block tumor growth in different ways. Some block the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Others find tumor cells and help kill them or carry tumor-killing substances to them. Bevacizumab may also stop the growth of rhabdomyosarcoma by blocking blood flow to the tumor. Temsirolimus may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is not yet known whether combination chemotherapy is more effective when given together with bevacizumab or temsirolimus in treating rhabdomyosarcoma.
