Study of Nivolumab in Combination With 177Lu-girentuximab for Kidney Cancer
Clear Cell Renal Cell CarcinomaKidney Cancer1 moreThe purpose of this study is to see if the combination of 177Lu-girentuximab and nivolumab is a safe and effective treatment for advanced clear cell renal cell carcinoma/ccRCC that has the CAIX protein.
A Study of Belzutifan (MK-6482) Plus Pembrolizumab (MK-3475) Versus Placebo Plus Pembrolizumab in...
CarcinomaRenal CellThe purpose of this study is to assess the efficacy and safety of oral belzutifan (MK-6482) plus intravenous (IV) pembrolizumab (MK-3475) compared to placebo plus pembrolizumab, in the adjuvant treatment of Clear Cell Renal Cell Carcinoma (ccRCC) post nephrectomy. The primary study hypothesis is that belzutifan plus pembrolizumab is superior to placebo plus pembrolizumab with respect to disease-free survival (DFS).
Treatment Pause Versus Treatment Continuation in IMDC Good or Intermediate Risk With Only One Adverse...
Metastatic Renal Cell CarcinomaGood or Only One Adverse Prognostic Factor Intermediate Risk Per IMDC ScoreThe purpose of this study is to demonstrate the non-inferiority of treatment pause versus treatment continuation in good or intermediate risk with only one adverse prognostic factor as per IMDC mRCC patients with a confirmed objective response at 12 months of treatment with PD-1/PD-L1 ICI plus VEGFR-TKI. Tolerance and quality of life of treatment pause with PD-1/PD-L1 ICI + VEGFR-TKI compared to treatment continuation will be reported. In France, its impact on healthcare resource utilization will also be assessed.
Study of MT-8421 as Monotherapy and in Combination With Nivolumab in Patients With Selected Advanced...
Non Small Cell Lung CancerHepatocellular Carcinoma9 moreThis is a Phase 1, open-label, dose escalation and expansion study of MT-8421 (an Engineered Toxin Body (ETB)) as monotherapy and in combination with nivolumab in patients with selected advanced solid cancer types. MT-8421 is an investigational drug that specifically targets and depletes cytotoxic T-lymphocytes-associated protein 4 (CTLA-4) expressing cells in an effort to directly dismantle the tumor microenvironment for the treatment of patients with advanced solid tumors.
Study of Orellanine in Metastatic Clear-Cell or Papillary Renal Cell Carcinoma
CarcinomaRenal CellA phase I/II, open-label, study to determine the safety and preliminary efficacy of orellanine in patients with metastatic clear-cell or papillary renal carcinoma. The study will include an intra-patient dose escalation phase, followed by a dose expansion phase.
Immunotherapy With Nivolumab and Ipilimumab Followed by Nivolumab or Nivolumab With Cabozantinib...
Clear Cell Renal Cell CarcinomaMetastatic Malignant Neoplasm in the Bone6 moreThis phase III trial compares the usual treatment (treatment with ipilimumab and nivolumab followed by nivolumab alone) to treatment with ipilimumab and nivolumab, followed by nivolumab with cabozantinib in patients with untreated renal cell carcinoma that has spread to other parts of the body. The addition of cabozantinib to the usual treatment may make it work better. Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as nivolumab and ipilimumab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread. Cabozantinib may stop the growth of tumor cells by blocking some of the enzymes needed for cell growth. It is not yet known how well the combination of cabozantinib and nivolumab after initial treatment with ipilimumab and nivolumab works in treating patients with renal cell cancer that has spread to other parts of the body.
Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy in Treating Patients With Oligometastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma...
Malignant Neoplasms of Urinary TractOligometastatic Renal Cell Carcinoma2 moreThis trial studies how well stereotactic body radiation therapy works in treating patients with kidney cancer that has spread to other places in the body. Stereotactic body radiation therapy uses special equipment to position a patient and deliver radiation to tumors with high precision. This method can kill tumor cells with fewer doses over a shorter period and cause less damage to normal tissue.
Famitinib Plus Anti-PD1 Therapy for Advanced Urinary System Tumor, Advanced Gynecological Tumors...
Renal Cell CarcinomaUrothelial Carcinoma3 morePhase II multi-chort, adaptive two-stage, open label, nonrandomized study. The aim of our study is to evaluate the efficacy and safety of anti-PD-1 antibody SHR-1210(Camrelizumab) in combination with a small-molecule multikinase inhibitor Famitinib in subjects with advanced RCC/UC/CC/EC and recurrent OC. chort1: Renal Cell Carcinoma (RCC) chort2: Urothelial Carcinoma(UC) chort3: Ovarian Cancer (OC) chort4: Cervical Cancer (CC) chort5: Endometrial Cancer (EC)
A Phase I/II Study of Regorafenib Plus Avelumab in Solid Tumors
Colorectal Cancer Not MSI-H or MMR-deficientGIST14 moreAssessment of the efficacy and safety of Regorafenib and Avelumab in patients with advanced or metastatic solid tumors (ten cohorts), once the Recommanded Phase II Dose (RP2D) has been determined (phase I trial). Assessement of the efficacy and safety of a low-dose of regorafenib (80mg/day) with avelumab in patients with advanced or metastatic colorectal tumors.
A Study of Pazopanib With or Without Abexinostat in Patients With Locally Advanced or Metastatic...
Renal Cell CarcinomaThis is a randomized, Phase 3, double-blind, placebo-controlled study of pazopanib plus abexinostat versus pazopanib plus placebo in patients with locally advanced unresectable or metastatic renal cell carcinoma (RCC).
