COVID-19 and Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease

Covid19NAFLD

COVID-19 is currently the leading public health problem, associated with a high risk of complications and death in risk groups of patients. Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is the most common liver disease with a prevalence of 30% in the Western population and is also recognized as an independent risk factor for the development of severe COVID-19. In the pathogenesis of COVID-19, the key role is played by the hyperreactivity of the immune response, the so-called cytokine storm leading to the development of severe forms of pneumonia, acute respiratory and multiorgan failure. The aim of this study is to investigate the clinical course, outcomes, and profile of inflammatory response in patients with COVID-19 and NAFLD.

Study on Antibody Persistence and Immune Memory of Inactivated COVID-19 Vaccine

COVID-19

The study describe 1 year durability of humoral and cellular immune responses in 150 individuals who received COVID-19 inactivated vaccine. all participants were recruited aged between 18 and 59 years old. Every participant was familiarized with the aim of the study and asked to sign an informed consent agreement, and be required blood sampling at the day 0 of first dose vaccine and 1 month, 3 months, 6 months and 12 months after fully vaccination separately. From every sample, 10 ml, 10 ml, and 5 ml were dispensed in three vacuum blood collection tubes. Peripheral blood lymphocytes cell (PBMC) were isolated with the two 10 ml samples contained heparin to detect immune memory cells and cytokines. RBD-IgG and neutralizing antibody be detected by 5ml sample from separating gel vacuum tubes. every individual conducted a detailed analysis comparing neutralizing antibody, TEM, TCM , and report on the cellular and humoral immunity 1 year after accept COVID-19 vaccine.

Low-field Magnetic Resonance Imaging of Pediatric COVID-19

Sars-CoV-2 InfectionLung Fibrosis1 more

SARS-CoV-2 (Severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus type 2) is a new coronavirus and identified causative agent of COVID-19 disease. They predominantly cause mild colds but can sometimes cause severe pneumonia. The long-term consequences are still largely unexplained and misunderstood, especially in children and adolescents. The aim of this study is to assess the frequency of pulmonary skeletal changes in pediatric and adolescent patients using low-field magnetic resonance imaging (LF-MRI) in the setting of proven past SARS-CoV-2 infection.

Acceptability, Representations and Experiences of the COVID-19 Pandemic

Aging

The "ARECOVID" project is a comprehensive sociological study of what is being played out in organizational terms in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic. Through quantitative methods (questionnaires) and qualitative methods (semi-directive interviews), we would understand the essential views of the populations concerned by COVID-19, but also that of actors taking care of vulnerable elderly non-COVID. Special attention will be paid to the care pathway of elderly people with and without the virus, in a health system in full reorganization. We will try to understand the needs and experiences of all health actors (hospital/city) involved in COVID-19 and the experience of confinement and the Covid-19 of the elderly living at home, in order to reflect on a possible improvement in the health response of elderly people in the event of an epidemic health crisis.
