Positional Release Technique in Patients With Unilateral Subacute Trapezitis
Cervical Spine DiseaseTo assess the effects of positional release technique to improve the cervical range of motion, relieve pain and function in the patient with unilateral subacute trapezitis.
Robotic-assisted Pedicule Screw Placement
Lumbar Degenerative Spinal DiseaseThe main objective of the study is to evaluate the feasibility of using the robotic assisted device ROSA™ for pedicle screws placement. This device is currently used in cranial neurosurgery but its applications can be extended to other fields, such as spinal surgery. In the future, the use of ROSA™ in pedicle screw placement could increase the accuracy and safety of surgery for the patient.
Milnacipran for Lumbosacral Radicular Pain
Radicular Pain Related to Lumbosacral Disc DiseaseThis study investigates whether milnacipran reduces radicular pain ("sciatica") in patients with lumbosacral disc disease.
Pivotal Study of rhBMP-2/ACS/LT-CAGE® Device for Anterior Lumbar Interbody Fusion in Patients With...
Degenerative Disc DiseaseThis study is designed to assess the safety and effectiveness of the rhBMP-2/ACS/LT-CAGE® device as compared to the LT-CAGE® device with autogenous bone in patients with symptomatic degenerative disc disease using an open surgical technique.
A Pilot Study of rhBMP-2/ACS With the INTERFIX™ Device for the AnteriorLumbar Interbody Fusion in...
Degenerative Disc DiseaseThe purpose of this pilot clinical trial is to evaluate the device design as a method of facilitating spinal fusion.
Pilot Study of rhBMP/BCP With or Without the TSRH® Spinal System for Posterolateral Lumbar Fusion...
Degenerative Disc DiseaseThe purpose of this pilot clinical trial is to evaluate both device designs (rhBMP-2/BCP and rhBMP-2/BCP/TSRH® spinal System) as methods of facilitating spinal fusion as compared to instrumented fusion with autograft in patients with symptomatic degenerative disc disease.
Opioid Free Anesthesia and Major Spine Surgery
Opioid UsePostoperative Pain1 moreThis study compares the intraoperative opioid free anesthesia approach in multilevel spine posterior instrumentation surgery to a conventional opioid-based anesthesia. Half of participants will receive opioid free anesthesia with dexmedetomidine, lidocaine and ketamine while the other half will receive opioid based anesthesia with fentanyl, remi-fentanyl and ketamine

RadiculopathyNeck Pain4 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of adding mechanical traction to standard physical therapy treatments for patients with neck and arm pain.
The Value of Traction in Treatment of Lumbar Radiculopathy
SciaticaRadiculopathy4 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of adding mechanical traction to standard physical therapy treatments for patients with low back pain.
Safety and Efficacy Study Comparing ProDisc-C to ACDF Surgery to Treat SCDD
Symptomatic Cervical Disc DiseaseThe objective of this clinical investigation is to compare the safety and effectiveness of ProDisc-C to anterior cervical discectomy and fusion (ACDF) surgery in the treatment of symptomatic cervical disc disease (SCDD).
