Frequency of Pes Planus and Posterior Tibial Tendon Dysfunction in Patients With Ankylosing Spondylitis...
Posterior Tibial Tendon DysfunctionPes Planus2 moreThis investigation aims to investigate the frequency of pes planus and posterior tibial tendon dysfunction in patients with ankylosing spondylitis.
Anti-TNF Therapy and Nerve Conduction Studies in Ankylosing Spondylitis
Anti - TNF TherapyAnkylosing Spondylitis1 morePatients with ankylosing spondylitis were divided into 2 groups as anti-TNF and conventional therapy according to the treatments they were using for the last 5 years. Nerve conduction studies in the upper and lower extremities of the patients were compared.
Post-marketing Observational Study to Evaluate the Incremental Impact of AbbVie's Patient Support...
Rheumatoid ArthritisAnkylosing Spondylitis4 moreThe objective of this post-marketing observational study (PMOS) was to evaluate the effectiveness of adalimumab plus the AbbVie Care 2.0 patient support program in participants with rheumatoid arthritis (RA), ankylosing spondylitis (AS), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), psoriasis (Ps), Crohn's disease (CD) or ulcerative colitis (UC) in the routine clinical setting in Hungary.
Biopsychosocial Exploration of Pain Profiles in Inflammatory and Chronic Non-specific Axial Low...
Back PainSpondylitis2 moreThe biopsychosocial model is well established in chronic low back pain (CLBP) research. Nevertheless, researchers to date have overlooked the biopsychosocial aspects of Inflammatory Low Back pain (ILBP). Most health care providers are biologically oriented in their treatment of ILBP, neglecting its possible multidimensional nature. It is true that people with ILBP may present with more complex pain and physical limitations than those with chronic non-specific low back pain (CNSLBP), but it remains unexplored whether or not these limitations are affected by the same pain factors that affect CNSLBP patients. This study aims to explore and compare the biopsychosocial back pain profiles of adults with ILBP and CNSLBP.
Assessment of Rheumatoid Arthritis, Psoriatic Arthritis, Ankylosing Spondylitis, Plaque Psoriasis,...
Rheumatoid ArthritisAnkylosing Spondylitis4 moreThe purpose of this non-interventional, multicenter, post-marketing observational study (PMOS) was to assess rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), ankylosing spondylitis (AS), plaque psoriasis (PS), Crohn's disease (CD) and ulcerative colitis (UC) patients' adherence attitudes (beliefs) to maintenance therapy with adalimumab monotherapy or combination therapy with methotrexate (in participants with RA) and to investigate whether there were correlations between such beliefs and adherence to maintenance treatment.
A Multicenter, Postmarketing Study Evaluating the Concentration of Cimzia® in Mature Breast Milk...
Axial Spondyloarthritis (AxSpA)Non-radiographic Evidence-AxSpA4 moreThe primary objectives of this study are to assess whether there is transfer of Certolizumab Pegol (CZP) into breast milk of lactating mothers who are receiving an established dosing regimen of CZP by evaluating the concentration of CZP in mature breast milk, and to calculate the daily infant dose of maternal CZP.
Greek Study on Work Productivity and Sleep in Patients With Rheumatic Diseases Treated With Adalimumab...
Rheumatoid ArthritisAnkylosing Spondylitis1 moreTreatment with tumor necrosis factor (TNF) inhibitors, especially adalimumab, demonstrated an improvement in work productivity in participants with rheumatic diseases: rheumatoid arthritis (RA), psoriatic arthritis (PsA), and ankylosing spondylitis (AS). Limited data was available for the effect of adalimumab treatment on sleep in all three diseases (RA, PsA, and AS) and no data was available for the effect of adalimumab treatment on work productivity in PsA. This long term Health-Related Quality of Life (HRQL) observational study was conducted to evaluate the effect of treatment with adalimumab on work productivity and sleep disturbance in Greek participants with moderate to severe rheumatic diseases (RA, PsA, and AS).
Etoricoxib Prescribing Patterns and Adverse Events of Interest in Primary Care in the United Kingdom...
OsteoarthritisRheumatoid Arthritis3 moreThis postmarketing study was conducted to describe prescribing patterns for etoricoxib (ARCOXIA®) in General Practice and describe the incidence of selected adverse events recorded in the United Kingdom (UK) Medicines and Health Care Products Regulatory Agency (MHRA) General Practice Research Database (GPRD).
T Cells and TNF (Tumor Necrosis Factor): The Impact of TNF Blockade
Rheumatoid ArthritisAnkylosing Spondylitis1 moreWe aim to translate these findings into patients with rheumatoid arthritis and other conditions treated with anti-TNF (anti-tumor necrosis factor) therapy, such as psoriatic arthritis and ankylosing spondylitis. Patients from rheumatology clinics within NHS (National Health Service) trusts will be recruited. We will correlate disease activity assessed by clinical parameters, ultrasonography, and questionnaires with biomarkers in the blood and target tissues, such as synovium and skin.
PROM Collected Via a Smartphone App Versus a Touch Screen Solution Among Patients With Inflammatory...
Rheumatoid ArthritisPsoriatic Arthritis1 moreA randomised, within-participants cross-over design trial including 60 patients with rheumatoid arthritis, psoriatic arthritis and axial spondyloarthritis. The participants will be randomised to data registration of patient reported outcome measures (PROM) through the DANBIO app on a smartphone first and thereafter via the touch screen solution at the rheumatology outpatient clinic or vice versa. Outcomes are the following PROM: HAQ, VAS pain, VAS fatigue, VAS global Health, BASDAI, BASFI, PASS, Anchoring question, DAS28crp and ASDAS.
