Toripalimab Plus Neoadjuvant Chemotherapy Combined With Chemoradiotherapy for Locally Advanced Unresectable...
Esophageal Squamous Cell CarcinomaThis Phase II randomized study is to determine the efficacy and toxicity of toripalimab plus neoadjuvant chemotherapy combined with chemoradiotherapy for locally advanced unresectable esophageal squamous cell carcinoma.
De-Escalation Therapy for Human Papillomavirus Negative Disease
Human Papilloma VirusSquamous Cell Carcinoma3 moreThis study is looking to see if nivolumab, an immunotherapy drug, given with carboplatin and paclitaxel (2 chemotherapy agents) during induction therapy in advanced stage HPV negative patients can significantly shrink the subject's cancer.
Cemiplimab in Treating Patients With Recurrent and Resectable Stage II-IV Head and Neck Cutaneous...
Recurrent Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and NeckResectable Cutaneous Squamous Cell Carcinoma of the Head and Neck3 moreThis phase II trial studies how well cemiplimab works before surgery in treating patients with stage II-IV head and neck cutaneous squamous cell cancer that has come back (recurrent) and can be removed by surgery (resectable). Immunotherapy with monoclonal antibodies, such as cemiplimab, may help the body's immune system attack the cancer, and may interfere with the ability of tumor cells to grow and spread.
Window of Opportunity Study of IPI-549 in Patients With Locally Advanced HPV+ and HPV- Head and...
Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaHead and Neck Cancer6 moreThe purpose of this study is to investigate how effective the study drug IPI-549 is against types of cancers. IPI-549 is considered experimental because it is not approved by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA) for the treatment of cancer. Patients will be treated with 2 weeks of IPI-549, a specific PI3Kγ inhibitor. Tumor tissue for research purposes through core biopsies will be obtained prior to initiation of IPI-549 and at surgery.
Pembrolizumab in Combination With Anti-platelet Therapy for Patients With Recurrent or Metastatic...
Head and Neck CancerThe purpose of this study is to see if anti-platelet therapy combined with anti-PD-1 immunotherapy can cause a more favorable immunologic response thatn with immunotherapy alone in patients with recurrent or metastatic squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck.
Study of NEO-201 in Solid Tumors Expansion Cohorts
Non Small Cell Lung CancerHead and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma2 moreThe open label, first-in-human, phase 1, dose escalation component in refractory solid tumors has been completed. The Maximum Tolerated Dose and Recommended Phase 2 Dose (RP2D) was determined to be 1.5mg/kg. The Expansion Phase of this study is currently enrolling subjects with non small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC), cervical and uterine cancers who progressed on front line therapy. Subjects will be treated with NEO-201 at the RP2D (1.5 mg/kg) every 2 weeks in combination with pembrolizumab, given 1 day after the NEO-201, at 400 mg IV every 6 weeks.
Postoperative aRCH With Cisplatin Versus aRCH With Cisplatin and Pembrolizumab in Locally Advanced...
HNSCCThis trial evaluates the addition of pembrolizumab to standard postoperative adjuvant radiochemotherapy in the treatment of patients with locally advanced intermediate and high risk head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSCC).
Radiation Therapy With or Without Cisplatin in Treating Patients With Stage III-IVA Squamous Cell...
Head and Neck Squamous Cell CarcinomaHypopharyngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma15 moreThis phase II trial studies how well radiation therapy with or without cisplatin works in treating patients with stage III-IVA squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck who have undergone surgery. Radiation therapy uses high energy x-rays to kill tumor cells and shrink tumors. Drugs used in chemotherapy, such as cisplatin, work in different ways to stop the growth of tumor cells, either by killing the cells, by stopping them from dividing, or by stopping them from spreading. It is not yet known if radiation therapy is more effective with or without cisplatin in treating patients with squamous cell carcinoma of the head and neck.
A Study of Decreasing Radiation Therapy and Chemotherapy in People With Head and Neck Cancer
Head and Neck CancerHead and Neck Carcinoma2 moreThe purpose of this study is to test the treatment approach of de-escalated radiation and chemotherapy followed by a planned neck dissection surgery in people with head and neck cancer. The study will look at how effective the treatment approach is against participants' cancer.
Pembrolizumab Plus CRT Followed by Surgery in Upper ESCC
Esophageal Squamous Cell CarcinomaThrough a prospective, single-center, single-arm, phase Ib/II study, we aim to explore the safety and feasibility of a new treatment mode for upper esophageal cancer, which is that pembrolizumab combined with chemoradiotherapy as neoadjuvant therapy and then followed by radical surgery.
