Endometrial Markers and Response of Endometriosis Patients to Prolonged GnRH Agonist Prior to IVF...
EndometriosisInfertilityThis prospective randomized trial evaluates whether one can predict which infertile women with endometriosis who are candidates for in vitro fertilization will benefit from prolonged therapy with a GnRH agonist by the determination of the absence of endometrial expression of the integrin, alpha v, beta 3 vitronectin. This is a prospective randomized trial in which all patients will undergo endometrial biopsy prior to initiation of ovarian stimulation for in vitro fertilization and then undergo randomization to a three month course of a depot preparation of the GnRH agonist leuprolide acetate in depot suspension prior to ovarian stimulation or standard therapy. prio
Day of Embryo Transfer for Patients Undergoing In Vitro Fertilization
InfertilityWe are examining whether pregnancy rates differ based on day of embryo transfer in patients who replace all available embryos after an In vitro Fertilization (IVF) cycle. Patients must be undergoing IVF treatment at Stanford University and patients will not receive compensation for their participation (no medical costs covered or patient payment for participation).
Short-Term Androgen Priming Before COS Using Aromatase Inhibitor and hCG During Early-Follicular-Phase...
InfertilityWe want to investigate if early follicular phase downregulation and androgen priming, by use of GnRH antagonist, aromatase inhibitor and hCG before COH in a short protocol, shows signs of improvement compared to standard short antagonist protocol
Impact of Co Enzyme Q10 as Adjuvant Therapy to Letrozole on Spermiogram
Male Reproductive ProblemInfertility1 moreWorldwide infertility affects about 15 % of reproductive-age couples. In many cases, infertility can't be treated, new treatment options with promising value were involved in the recent clinical trials.
Assessment of the INVOcell Culture Device When Used for up to Five-Day Incubation
InfertilityThe INVOcell Culture Device received de novo request for 3-day intravaginal incubation. The device is held in place with the intravaginal cavity by a Retention Device. The clinical study will assess the ability of a modified Retention Device to hold INVOcell in place during 5-day vaginal incubation as well as comfort and vaginal irritation as secondary endpoints.
The Outcome of Two Protocols Used to Prepare Endometrium for Frozen Embryo Transfer
InfertilityInfertility3 moreThis is a RCT to test the outcome of two protocols used for preparation of the endometrium for frozen blastocyst embryo transfer

Male InfertilityComparing second ejaculate and physiological ICSI (PICSI) as strategies for improvement of abnormal sperm DNA fragmentation in patients undergoing ICSI.
Efficacy and Safety of QL1012 in Women for Assisted Reproductive Treatment
InfertilityThe study is conducted to confirm equivalence between QL1012 (a new biosimilar formulation of Recombinant Human Follicle-stimulating Hormone) and Gonal-f® with respect to the number of oocytes retrieved in women for assisted reproductive treatment.
Weight Loss Impact on Male Fertility
ObesitySub Fertility2 moreThis is a prospective non-randomized unicentric clinical trial, characterized by the inclusion of obese (BMI> 35) male with subfertility (sperm count showing low sperm counts and / or motility and / or morphology and / or DNA fragmentation). Patients selected at the endocrinology obesity HC-FMUSP outpatient will be submitted to very low calorie diet (VLCK) for 6 months, being reassessed clinically and laboratorially monthly.
Agonist Trigger With HCG Luteal Supplementation vs HCG Trigger With Progesterone Luteal Supplementation...
InfertilityFemaleThe aim of the current study is to compare agonist trigger and HCG luteal support vs standard HCG trigger and progesterone luteal supplementation in antagonist controlled hyperstimulation cycle as regards to clinical pregnancy rate.
