TMD-specific Physiotherapy in hEDS Patients Individuals With Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome...
Hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos SyndromeThe aim of this study is to analyze the effects of strictly defined physiotherapy in patients temporomandibular dysfunction (TMD) and hypermobile Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome (hEDS). Patients will be clinically examined before starting physiotherapy and fill in the questionnaires. Subsequently, it will be followed up whether changes occur as a result of physiotherapy. This study is a pilot study and is intended to be hypothesis generating in nature. Based on the resulting hypothesis, it will be verified by a study with a control group.
tDCS in Post-COVID Syndrome: Comparison of Two Targets
COVID-19Post-COVID-19 Syndrome1 moreThe main aim of this study is to compare the effect of two non-invasive neuromodulation targets in patients meeting WHO criteria for the post-COVID condition. A randomized, parallel, double-blind study will be conducted. Patients will receive 15 neuromodulation sessions through transcranial electrical stimulation for 3 weeks, associated with cognitive stimulation during therapy. The main objective will be to evaluate the change in physical fatigue. As secondary objectives, changes in cognition, depression, pain, quality of sleep and quality of life will be evaluated. The objective of this study is to evaluate the effect of two targets (left dorsolateral prefrontal and M1) of the neuromodulation intervention, together with cognitive stimulation.

Down SyndromeThis study will be conducted to detect the effect of brain gym exercises on postural stability in children with down syndrome .
imPROving Quality of LIFe In the Long COVID Patient
Post-COVID-19 SyndromeLong COVID9 moreThe purpose of this study is to investigate the efficacy of orally administered nirmatrelvir/ritonavir compared with placebo/ritonavir to improve quality of life in non-hospitalized adult participants suffering from post-acute COVID-19 syndrome.
Evaluating the Efficacy of the Mediterranean Diet to the Low- Fermentable, Oligosaccharides, Disaccharides,...
Irritable Bowel SyndromeThis study is being completed to determine if the Mediterranean (MD) and low FODMAP (fermentable, oligosaccharides, disaccharides, monosaccharides, and polyols) diets are comparable in the effectiveness to treat Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). The study team hypothesizes that: The low FODMAP and Mediterranean groups will achieve a similar improvement in abdominal pain Both groups will achieve similar improvements in bloating, overall IBS symptom severity, and adequate relief
A Study to Evaluate VTX2735 in Patients With Cryopyrin-associated Periodic Syndrome
Cryopyrin Associated Periodic SyndromeThis is a study to understand if taking VTX2735 is safe and effective in participants diagnosed with Cryopyrin-Associated Period Syndrome (CAPS). Approximately 10 patients will take VTX2735 Dose A or VTX2735 Dose B. The study consists of a screening/washout period of up to 28 weeks, a 2 week treatment period, a treatment withdrawal period of up to 2 weeks, another 2 week treatment period, and a 4 week follow up period. The maximum length of treatment is 4 weeks.

Aerobic exercises and yoga would be administered to the females. 32 patients will randomly divided into two groups. Assessment will be done by using PMS scale and visual analogue scale. The goal of this study to compare the effects of aerobic exercises and yoga on premenstrual syndrome.
The Soft Tissue Mobilization Techniques on PMS
Premenstrual SyndromePremenstrual Pain1 moreThe aim of this study is investigate the effects of progressive relaxation and myofascial release technique on blood flow velocity, pain, premenstrual symptoms and quality of life in premenstrual syndrome patients. There are tree groups in the study. These groups are; progressive muscle relaxation group, myofascial relaxation technique and control group. Evaluations will be made by another physical therapist who is blinded to the groups. Participants will be evaluated within the first 3 days of their menstrual cycle. Baseline assessment and post- treatment assessment will be done. Follow-up evaluation will be done on the fifth cycle, two cycles after the post-treatment evaluation.
Complementary Self-help Strategies for Patients With Post-COVID-19 Syndrome
Post-COVID-19 SyndromeIndividuals affected by SARS-CoV-2 infection may subsequently be affected by the so-called post-COVID syndrome. The aim of the present study is to investigate the effects of a multimodal 10-week group program consisting of self-help strategies based on complementary medicine approaches of TEM (Traditional European Medicine), TCM (Traditional Chinese Medicine), and TIM (Traditional Indian Medicine) in addition to treatment as usual versus treatment as usual alone (no active study intervention/waiting list). Endpoints of the study include subjective quantitative and qualitative as well as objective (physician-reported) variables.
A Pilot Study to Evaluate the Feasibility of Post-Hematopoietic Stem Cell Transplant Prophylaxis...
Acute Myeloid LeukemiaMyelodysplastic Syndromes5 moreThe purpose of this study is to examine if it is feasible to administer decitabine and filgrastim after allogenic hematopoietic stem cell transplant (HCT) in children and young adults with myelodysplastic syndrome, acute myeloid leukemia and related myeloid disorders, and if the treatment is effective in preventing relapse after HCT. The names of the study drugs involved in this study are: Decitabine (a nucleoside metabolic inhibitor) Filgrastim (a recombinant granulocyte colony-stimulating factor (G-CSF)
