Restless Legs Syndrome Exercise Intervention
Restless Legs SyndromeInsomniaA pilot study of an aerobic exercise intervention to moderate symptoms and improve sleep quality among patients with Restless Legs Syndrome (RLS). We, the researchers at Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine, hypothesize that, relative to a control group, RLS sufferers who participate in an aerobic exercise intervention will demonstrate: reduced RLS symptoms; improved sleep quality; reduced daytime sleepiness.

An Intervention to Reduce Prehospital Delay to Treatment in Acute Coronary Syndrome
Acute Coronary SyndromeThis study was conducted to test whether a focused education and counseling intervention delivered by a nurse will decrease time of delay in seeking treatment for the signs and symptoms of acute coronary syndrome (i.e., heart attack) in patients already identified as having ischemic heart disease.

Evaluation and Re-evaluation of Post-mastectomy Pain Syndrome by Breast Cancer EDGE Task Force Outcomes...
Post-mastectomy Pain SyndromeThe purpose of the Breast Cancer EDGE Task Force is to provide physiotherapists with a comprehensive list of outcome measures that can be administered to a selected patient population, to assess post-mastectomy pain syndrome.

Tarsal Tunnel Syndrome and Fibromyalgia
Tarsal Tunnel SyndromeWidespread pain is observed in patients diagnosed with fibromyalgia, and lower extremity and foot pain are also common. In our study, we aimed to evaluate the relationship between foot pain and tarsal tunnel syndrome in female patients diagnosed with fibromyalgia.

Human Plasma Fatty Acid Oscillations
Nocturnal Eating-Drinking SyndromeHealthyThis study wishes to look at the 24-hour rhythm of certain fats in the blood stream. Recent studies in animals and healthy participants suggest that unusual eating habits may be connected to a change in the 24-hour rhythm of the blood fats the investigators wish to measure. The investigators will ask persons suffering from night eating syndrome, a condition where people eat additional meals throughout the night, to participate in this study. Healthy volunteers who are of the same age and gender, and have a comparable body-mass-index, a number calculated from a person's weight and height, will also be asked to participate. The aim is to learn how the 24-hour rhythm of the blood fats the investigators measure differs between the persons experiencing the night eating episodes and persons who do not.

Endometrial Thickness and Subendometrial Vascularity in Anovulatory Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome...
Polycystic Ovary SyndromeAnovulatoryThe participants will receive metformin 500mg 3times per day for 3months and one month is left for spontaneous pregnancy to occur or not (primary outcome ) and the investigators will check endometrial thickness and subendometerial vascularity as markers of endometrial receptivity before and after the treatment.

Teres Major Muscle and Subacromial Impingement Syndrome
Trigger Points in Teres Major MuscleSubacromial Impingement SyndromeThere is not a clear understanding of the origin of symptoms perceived by patients with impingement of the soft tissue structures of the subacromial space. Tendinopathy, tendon rupture or other pathologies, are present in asymptomatic subjects and subjects with symptoms and structural integrity can also be found. Patients diagnosed with subacromial impingement syndrome frequently have myofascial trigger points in the teres major muscle. Travell and Simons reported that the symptoms caused by trigger points in this muscle are similar to those experienced by patients diagnosed with impingement syndrome, but a literature search provides few results regarding relationship between subacromial impingement syndrome and presence of myofascial trigger points in the teres major muscle. This study aims to provide evidence of the results that can be obtained with a specific approach of teres mayor muscle by two manual techniques, Trigger Point Pressure Release and Diacutaneous Fibrolysis, in subjects with subacromial impingement syndrome, a condition that still representing both a diagnostic and therapeutic challenge. Secondary objective is to compare the outcomes between both techniques to select for each patient the most appropriate to their needs and characteristics.

Intra-articular Hyaluronic Acid Injection for Therapy-resistant Patellofemoral Pain Syndrome
Patellofemoral Pain SyndromePatellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS) is the most common overuse injury seen in the athletic population, particularly amongst runners. The standard of care treatment for PFPS is a comprehensive active rehabilitation program. Eighty percent of patients with PFPS report improvement in their symptoms with such a program. Unfortunately, the remaining twenty percent fail to achieve adequate symptom relief with rehabilitation alone. Considering the enormous number of individuals running for fitness, PFPS represents a significant challenge to public health as the investigators strive to encourage active living in our society. A relationship between PFPS and the development of patellofemoral osteoarthritis (PFOA) has been suggested in scientific literature. Given that intra-articular viscosupplementation (hyaluronic acid) injections have shown clinically significant symptom improvement in knee osteoarthritis, and PFPS is likely on the same spectrum, the investigators propose a trial for therapy-resistant PFPS. Hyaluronic acid is a naturally occurring molecule found in the synovial fluid of freely movable joints (such as the knee). It is believed to contribute to lubrication and cushioning in these joints. The composition of synovial fluid within arthritic joints is altered, resulting in reduced fluid viscosity and elasticity. One modern formulation of hyaluronic acid is Hylan G-F 20 (Synvisc-One, Sanofi Canada). This treatment is offered as a single injection and will be utilized in this clinical trial.

Platelet Reactivity Inhibition Following Ticagrelor Loading Dose and One Year Outcome
Acute Coronary SyndromeThis study will try to determine if the measure of the platelet reactivity of the patients receiving from the ticagrelor continuation in an acute coronary syndrome handled by coronary angioplasty allows to predict the hemorrhagic risk.

Identification of New Markers in the Hypereosinophilic Syndrome
Hypereosinophilic SyndromeThe purpose is to characterize new hypereosinophilic syndrome biomarkers more informative and more accessible compared to those that we have already thanks to a proteomic approach. This will help the investigators to diagnose the this disease.
