Symptom Clusters in Children With Exacerbation-prone Asthma
Asthma in ChildrenPediatric participants with exacerbation-prone asthma will receive an intramuscular injection of triamcinolone acetonide and will be followed for 48 weeks. The study visit 2 weeks after the injection will assess the response to the study medication, while the remaining study visits will examine the temporal stability of the symptom clusters.

Hemolytic-Uremic SyndromeAtypicalEculizumab is an anti-C5 monoclonal antibody approved for rare diseases including atypical haemolytic-uraemic syndrome. The maintenance phase dosing regimen is identical for all adult patients but several studies have shown a high interindividual kinetics variability. A tailored administration of eculizumab based on therapeutic drug monitoring will be compared with real-life administration in adults suffering from an atypical haemolytic uraemic syndrome. The objective is to improve efficiency of eculizumab administration.

Antiplatelet DrugAcute Coronary Syndrome2 moreDrug-Coated Balloon (DCB) angioplasty is similar to plain old balloon angioplasty procedurally, but there is an anti-proliferative medication paclitaxel coated to the balloon. Treating ISR lesions with the DCB has the theoretical advantage of avoiding multiple stent layers and respecting the vessel anatomy. DCB has shown promising results for the treatment of ISR. Currently, DCB has a Class I indication to treat ISR recommended by European Society of Cardiology guidelines. In addition, some interventional cardiologist has also applied DCB in de novo lesions in their clinical practice. Bleeding after PCI remains a substantial clinical problem. Bleeding post-PCI increases the risk of adverse outcomes such as death, non-fatal myocardial infarction, and prolongs hospital stay. Clinical data has suggested that major bleeding post-PCI would increase the risk of mortality 5.7-fold. The antiplatelet medications are the major cause of bleeding events post-PCI. Current guidelines for stents recommended DAPT of aspirin plus a P2Y12 inhibitor for at least 12 months after stent implantation in patients with the acute coronary syndrome. Compared with the DES, because of the absence of metal inside the coronary artery, the use of DCB might theoretically allow shorter duration antiplatelet therapy. However, the optimal course of DAPT for the DCB treated patients remains controversial. In 2013, the consensus from the German group suggested that for the acute coronary syndrome, DAPT should be used for 12 months. The consensus of DAPT developed by the European Society of Cardiology (ESC) in 2017 stated that "in patients treated with DCB, dedicated clinical trials investigating the optimal duration of DAPT are lacking." So far, there are no randomized data showing the optimal DAPT duration for the DCB treated patients. In the current study, we use Aspirin + Ticagrelor for 1-month followed by Ticagrelor monotherapy for 5-month, afterward, Aspirin monotherapy for 6 months to be the antiplatelet regimen in the experimental arm, to compare with the Reference arm, which is Aspirin + Ticagrelor for 12-month in a non-inferiority statistical assumption, aiming to investigate the optimal duration of the DAPT in ACS patients after DCB treatment.

Chronic Exertional Compartment SyndromeChronic Exertional Compartment Syndrome (CECS) in the lower leg is a debilitating condition in highly active individuals. Pain occurs in 1 or several leg compartments upon an exertional activity, typically running, that quickly dissipates once the activity stopped. Surgical fasciotomy is the standard for treating lower leg CECS, but success is variable. Complications may occur post-surgery and there is a potential for a repeat procedure. Recovery times post-surgery also vary greatly. Conservative treatments, such as gait retraining and botulinum toxin injections, are emerging as non-surgical options for the treatment of CECS with success through published case reports and case series. This study aims to evaluate the use of these non-surgical treatment options for CECS in the anterior and lateral leg compartments with a follow up for at least 2 years across multiple study sites.

Senior Acute Coronary Syndrome Patients After PCIIn this study, the investigates try to confirm our hypothesis that low dose ticagrelor(60mg) had similar anti-platelets function compared with the standard dose ticagrelor in senior (no less than 75 years old)acute coronary syndrome patients . Totally 40 senior ACS patients will be divided into 2 groups randomly one month after PCI . Group 1 will be treated with ticagrelor 90mg and aspirin 100mg after PCI for 12 months as the standard group; Group 2 will be treated with ticagrelor 60mg plus aspirin 100 mg for 11 months after one month standard DAPT treatment. The platelets function will be tested in VASP and TEG methods 2 months after PCI as the primary endpoints.The clinical events will be observed 12 months after PCI.

Metabolic SyndromeParticipants were randomly assigned to two groups prior to their second visit: the Vagus nerve stimulation group (VNS) and the circuit training program. The randomization processes were conducted in Excel utilizing a random-number generator. Prior to the second visit, each participants' target exercise heart rate ranges were determined. Vagus nerve stimulation group(VNS) Patients rested on their sides in a sitting position. Following regular disinfection of the stimulation locations, ear clips were placed in the ear region (auricular concha) at the stimulation site. The training regimen included ten different forms of resistance and aerobic exercises.
