Diagnosis of Lynch Syndrome Based on Next-generation Sequencing in Colorectal Cancer
Lynch SyndromeThe purpose of this study is to determine the proportion of patients diagnosed with Lynch syndrome in colorectal cancer patients with the loss of staining by immunohistochemistry (IHC) of any of the mismatch repair (MMR) proteins. Besides, this study aims to test the specificity and the sensitivity of detecting microsatellite instability (MSI) by next-generation sequencing, and to find out the consistency between IHC and MSI in colorectal cancer patients in China. In addition, researchers want to analyze the clinical characteristics and germline mutation of Lynch syndrome in Chinese population.
Impact of Residual Syntax Score and Syntax Revascularization Index on Outcomes of ACS Patients With...
STEMI - ST Elevation Myocardial InfarctionMulti Vessel Coronary Artery Disease2 moreThe investigators want to assess the use of the residual SYNTAX score and the SYNTAX Revascularization Index as predictors for in-hospital outcomes and mid-term (6 months to 1 year) outcomes in patients with multi-vessel disease (MVD) who undergo PCI in the setting of STEMI or NSTEACS. Both values will be calculated in a number of patients over one year, and the relationship between both values and patient outcomes will be evaluated.

Acute Coronary SyndromeThe TREASURE observational study is designed to address the need to understand the usage pattern of Ticagrelor in real life scenario in large number of ACS (Acute Coronary Syndrome) patients in India. The aim of this national study is to understand the usage pattern (including the duration of treatment) of Ticagrelor in various ACS patient population undergoing PCI (Percutaneous Coronary Intervention), CABG (Coronary Artery Bypass Graft) or medical management in a real-life setting in India.

CT Coronary Angiogram Versus Traditional Care in Emergency Department Assessment of Potential ACS...
Chest PainAcute Coronary Syndrome2 moreThis multi-center, randomized, controlled trial conducted in Emergency Departments (ED) compares computed tomography (CT) coronary angiography with the traditional approach (usual care) for low- to intermediate-risk chest pain patients. The primary objective is to estimate the rate of major cardiac events (heart attack or cardiac death) within 30 days in trial participants in Group B who were not found to have significant coronary artery disease by CT coronary angiography. Additional evaluations will comprise health care utilization assessments, including length of hospital stay and re-admissions, cost analysis, and 1-year post-triage/presentation major cardiac event rates.
