Immunologic Evaluation in Patients With DiGeorge Syndrome or Velocardiofacial Syndrome
DiGeorge SyndromeShprintzen Syndrome4 moreOBJECTIVES: I. Determine the pattern of immunologic reconstitution in patients with T-cell compromise due to DiGeorge syndrome or velocardiofacial syndrome. II. Determine any correlation between immunologic function in these patients and chromosome 22 deletion breakpoints. III. Determine presence of sustained immunologic compromise in older patients.

Long-term Radiographic and Clinic Outcomes of Ulnar Shortening Osteotomy in Patients With Ulnar...
Distal Radioulnar JointPatients with ulnar impingement are often coexisting with patients with distal ulnar and ulnar joints with a type of sigmoid notch, and ulnar shortening surgery is one of the most useful and long-lasting treatments for the treatment of ulnar impingement. Some theories point out that if ulnar shortening surgery is performed on patients with distal oblique ulnar incisional ulnar joints, it may lead to accelerated degeneration of distal ulna and ulna articular joints, resulting in worse wrist function. Some theories have pointed out this Instead, surgery will cause joint remodeling and adaptation, but no long-term studies have confirmed this. Therefore, this study plans to evaluate the long-term radiological and clinical outcomes of ulnar shortening surgery performed on patients with preexisting inverted sigmoid notch to determine whether this surgery will cause accelerated distal degeneration of the phalangeal joints or Reshaping of joints and clinically corresponding changes in results.

CHILDNEPH The Canadian Childhood Nephrotic Syndrome Study
Nephrotic Syndrome in ChildrenNephrotic Syndrome2 moreCHILDNEPH is a pan-Canadian project to observe clinical care for children with nephrotic syndrome. Previous studies have indicated that there is wide practice variation in how health care providers treat this remitting and relapsing disease of childhood. The disease mechanism is not yet understood, and long-term use of steroids can affect children's health. This study involves assessment of routine clinical care and establishing a long-term patient registry for children with nephrotic syndrome.

EKG Criteria and Identification of Acute Coronary Occlusion
Acute Coronary SyndromeSTEMI8 moreThe objective of this research study is to test the accuracy of preexisting criteria versus expert interpretation for the diagnosis of acute coronary occlusion (major heart attack due to a completely blocked blood vessel). If our hypothesis proves to be true, this would provide a significant improvement in the care for patients who present to the hospital with possible symptoms of coronary ischemia (symptoms due to lack of blood flow to the heart). The primary analysis will be designed as a multi-center, retrospective case-control study.

Ripple Mapping for Epicardial Mapping of Brugada Syndrome
Brugada SyndromeWhether a mapping algorithm "Ripple-mapping" is able to rapidly identify the areas of long-duration multicomponent electrograms which constitute the targets for ablation for an automated strategy remains to be assessed.

Incidence of Paraneoplastic Neurological Syndromes and Autoimmune Encephalitis
Paraneoplastic Neurological SyndromeAutoimmune EncephalitisThis study aims to provide an estimate of the incidence of paraneoplastic neurological syndromes and autoimmune encephalitides in France between the years 2016 and 2018. The study will describe the incidence of antibody subtypes and regional variations.

IPD Meta-analysis of De-escalation Treatment Strategy After PCI in ACS
Acute Coronary SyndromeCoronary Artery DiseaseWe will perform a systemic review of previously published data and an updated patient-level meta-analysis of studies, including the most recent publications. PubMed, EMBASE, Cochrane Central Register of Controlled Trials, the United States National Institutes of Health registry of clinical trials, and relevant websites were searched for pertinent published studies.
