Fludarabine Phosphate, Melphalan, and Low-Dose Total-Body Irradiation Followed by Donor Peripheral...
Accelerated Phase Chronic Myelogenous LeukemiaAdult Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in Remission77 moreThis phase II trial studies how well giving fludarabine phosphate, melphalan, and low-dose total-body irradiation (TBI) followed by donor peripheral blood stem cell transplant (PBSCT) works in treating patients with hematologic malignancies. Giving chemotherapy drugs such as fludarabine phosphate and melphalan, and low-dose TBI before a donor PBSCT helps stop the growth of cancer and abnormal cells and helps stop the patient's immune system from rejecting the donor's stem cells. When the healthy stem cells from the donor are infused into the patient they may help the patient's bone marrow make stem cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, and platelets. Sometimes the transplanted cell from a donor can make an immune response against the body's normal cells. Giving tacrolimus, mycophenolate mofetil (MMF), and methotrexate after transplant may stop this from happening
Extension Study in Subjects Who Relapsed After Complete Response on Study KW-0761-001
Peripheral T-cell LymphomaCutaneous T-cell LymphomaThis study will enroll subjects with either Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma (PTCL) or Cutaneous T-Cell Lymphoma(CTCL),including mycosis fungoides (MF) and Sezary Syndrome (SS), who have relapsed after achieving a complete response in study, KW-0761-001.
Phase II Study of Gemcitabine+Romidepsin in the Relapsed/Refractory Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma Patients...
Peripheral T-cell LymphomaPilot clinical trial - Phase 2a, multicenter, single arm, open label trial - to evaluate efficacy and safety of concomitant combination treatment with Gemcitabine and Romidepsin (GEMRO) regimen as salvage treatment in relapsed/refractory PTCL (peripheral T-cell lymphoma) in a selected population of patients.
Efficacy and Safety of Romidepsin CHOP vs CHOP in Patients With Untreated Peripheral T-Cell Lymphoma...
Peripheral T-cell LymphomaPrimary objective of the study is to compare the efficacy of romidepsin when administered with CHOP versus CHOP alone in subjects with previously untreated peripheral T-cell lymphoma (PTCL) in terms of progression-free survival (PFS) assessed according to Response criteria for malignant lymphoma 1999 by a Response Adjudication Committee (RAC).
Silicon Phthalocyanine 4 and Photodynamic Therapy in Stage IA-IIA Cutaneous T-Cell Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma...
Recurrent Cutaneous T-cell Non-Hodgkin LymphomaRecurrent Mycosis Fungoides/Sezary Syndrome5 moreThis phase I trial studies the side effects and best dose of silicon phthalocyanine 4 and photodynamic therapy in treating patients with stage IA-IIA cutaneous T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Photodynamic therapy (PDT) uses a drug, silicon phthalocyanine 4, that becomes active when it is exposed to a certain kind of light. When the drug is active, cancer cells are killed. This may be effective against cutaneous T-cell non-Hodgkin lymphoma. Funding Source - FDA OOPD
Phase I/II Clinical Study of Forodesine in Japanese Recurrent/Refractory Peripheral T-cell Lymphoma...
Recurrent or Refractory PTCLPhase I portion: To confirm safety and tolerability in recurrent/refractory peripheral T-cell lymphoma patients during repeated oral administration of forodesine 300 mg twice daily (600 mg/day) for 28 days, and determine the recommended dose. Also, to evaluate pharmacokinetics. Phase II portion: To evaluate the efficacy, safety, and pharmacokinetics of the recommended dosage regimen determined in the phase I portion. The primary efficacy endpoint shall be objective response rate (ORR).
