Multi-Center Single Arm Trial to Determine The Effectiveness of Warfarin Therapy Duration For Heparin-Induced Thrombocytopenia (HIT)

The purpose of this study is to determine the efficacy of H. pylori eradication for the treatment of chronic or persistent immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) patients with moderate thrombocytopenia. This is a multi-center, open label, prospective randomized phase IIl study.

The aim of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of romiplostim administered at every other week in ITP patients who attained stable platelet counts ≥ 50 x 109/L for 4 consecutive weeks after weekly doses of romiplostim.

This clinical trial is undertaking by Qilu Hospital of Shandong University, aims at evaluating efficacy and safety of rhTPO in management of ITP in pregnancy.

The project was undertaking by Qilu Hospital of Shandong University and other 2 well-known hospitals in China. In order to report the efficacy and safety of rituximab combining with bortezomib for the treatment of adults with immune thrombocytopenia (ITP), compared to rituximab alone .

The research studies the safety and efficacy of high-dose recombinant human TPO in solid tumor patients with moderate or severe thrombocytopenia induced by chemotherapy. Patients with platelet count lower than 50 x 109/L will be enrolled and treated with high-dose rhTPO (300-600U/kg/day) until the platelets increased by 50 x 109/L compared to the baseline or above 100 x 109/L. During the study, the blood routine test will be regularly performed according to the clinical routine (at least once every two days). Finally, the clinical data will be collected and analyzed to validate the efficacy and safety of high-dose rhTPO therapy.
