Robotic approach to sacral colpopexy is a relatively new procedure. The literature is scarce in regard to long term outcomes. This advanced procedure is offered at Morristown Memorial. THis protocol will review the one year outcome of patients who underwent this pocedure using a polypropylene mesh. These outcomes will incude anatomical and quality of life measures.

Women with pelvic organ prolapse often accompany with urinary symptoms or sexual dysfunction, and analyzing the association will be helpful to identify the indication of proper management. Therefore, the aim of this study is to identify the above associations.

Study Aims: To validate a new measure of sexual function and activity in women with PFDs; To establish the responsiveness to change of the new measure. The investigators hypothesis is that the investigators can create a new questionnaire that accurately measures sexual health in women with pelvic floor disorders that improves on the already published questionnaires.

Lower urinary tract symptoms may change after pelvic organ prolapse surgery. Thus, the aim of this study was to elucidate (1) the changes of lower urinary tract symptoms and (2) the changes in values of urodynamic parameters between baseline and after pelvic organ prolapse surgery.

The research objective of this proposal is to investigate the clinical utility and validity of eLASV as a personalized marker for women's individual risk of recurrence for pelvic organ prolapse following advanced surgical procedures. Estimated levator ani subtended volume (eLASV) is a reproducible magnetic resonance image of the female pelvis that objectively quantifies the integrity of the pelvic floor levator ani muscles. A woman's levator ani muscle anatomical shape is unique to her as a result of her own individual lifetime risk for development of pelvic floor dysfunction. The novelty of eLASV as a measurement of muscle integrity, separates it methodology from the solitary of diagnosing partial trauma or defects as previously published within the literature. eLASV measurements have the potential to identify women at increased risk for surgical failure and may be used as a prognostic tool to aid in future counseling and stratification of patients into surgical options for treatment of pelvic organ prolapse.

This is a retrospective chart review using TriHealth Electronic Privacy Identification Center (EPIC) to determine whether gynecologic surgeons at a large community hospital are already meeting the recently recommended best practice of supporting the vaginal apex.

The investigators will analyze biomechanical transformation of pelvic floor tissues and support structures under affected pelvic floor conditions and repaired states after the surgery.

The main objective of this study is to perform the linguistic validation of a new french questionnaire in a population of sexually active (or not) patients who have undergone surgery (or not) for stress urinary incontinence or genital prolapse.
