Ramipril and Clopidogrel in Oxidative Stress, Vascular Inflammation and Endothelial Dysfunction...
Diabetes Type 2Diabetic Nephropathy1 moreThe purpose of this study is to determine whether the combination with ramipril and clopidogrel leads to further improvement of endothelial function, reduction of oxidative stress and reduction of vascular inflammation, compared with ramipril monotherapy, in patients with Diabetes Mellitus type 2 and diabetic nephropathy.

The Long-term and Short-term Efficacy and Safety of Transplantation Autologous Bone Marrow Cells...
Vascular DiseasesCardiovascular Diseases1 moreThe purpose of this study is to test the hypothesis that the intracoronary transplantation of autologous mononuclear and CD 133 + bone marrow cells will improve left ventricular contractile function and will reduce the combined end points after the primary STEMI (mortality, recurrent myocardial infarction, angina, heart failure, stroke).

SAMBA EU Femoropopliteal Trial
Peripheral Vascular DiseaseThe primary objective of this study is to evaluate the safety and performance of the SAMBA Stent and Delivery System in the treatment of femoropopliteal lesions.

Off-Label AVASTIN (BEVACIZUMAB) For Serosanguinous Maculopathy
Choroidal NeovascularisationPolypoidal Choroidal VasculopathyTo assess the use of Avastin for the management of serosanguinous maculopathy

Efficacy and Safety of Two Regimens of Anti-VEGF Therapy in Chinese Patients With Polypoidal Choroidal...
Polypoidal Choroidal VasculopathyThe study will evaluate the efficacy and safety of two different regimens of anti-VEGF Therapy (OCTA plus OCT guided 3+PRN vs. OCT guided 3+PRN) in Chinese patients with PCV. This study is to provide long-term safety data in the treatment of Chinese patients with PCV.

Sympathetic Mapping/ Ablation of Renal Nerves Trial (SMART) HTN-OFF MED Study
Essential HypertensionVascular Diseases1 moreTo evaluate the efficacy and safety of selected renal sympathetic denervation using SyMapCath I™ Catheter and SYMPIONEER S1™ Stimulator/Generator in patients with hypertension in the absence of antihypertensive medications, or till the negative result was given by urinary antihypertensive drugs detection of high-performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS) after at least two weeks of drug elution period. Then Office systolic blood pressure (SBP) is still ≥ 150mmHg, < 180mmHg, diastolic blood pressure (DBP) ≥ 90mmHg, and 24-hour mean SBP of ambulatory blood pressure measurement (ABPM) is ≥130mmHg, or day-time mean SBP ≥135mmHg, or night-time mean SBP ≥120mmHg, and all SBP of ABMP record <170mmHg. After then the patient will be included when the results of bilateral renal angiography meet the requirements of renal nerve stimulation, mapping and denervation conditions.

Safety Study of High-Dose Ranibizumab for Polypoidal Choroidal Vasculopathy
Polypoidal Choroidal VasculopathyMonthly, continuous anti-vegf therapy for patients presenting with active polypoidal choroidal vasculopathy. Two arms, treatment naive and previously treated with an FDA approved anti-VEGF therapy, will be randomized and dosed with open label 2.0mg ranibizumab.

Autologous Bone Marrow-derived Mononuclear Cells for Therapeutic Arteriogenesis in Patients With...
Intermittent ClaudicationPeripheral Vascular DiseasesThe investigators propose confirm and extend the findings of open studies on the apparent efficacy of bone-marrow derived mononuclear cells for the induction of arteriogenesis in patients with severe claudication or critical leg ischemia and pay special attention to the influence of diabetic disease on the outcome of the study and to the possible pro-atherogenic/ pro-inflammatory effects of BM-MNC injections.

Bedside Testing of CYP2C19 Gene for Treatment of Patients With PCI With Antiplatelet Therapy
Coronary Artery DiseaseMyocardial Infarction9 moreClopidogrel is crucial as antiplatelet treatment in patients undergoing percutaneous coronary intervention (PCI) with stent implantation and during one year after PCI, to prevent atherothrombotic complications. However, clopidogrel is ineffective in certain patients due to genetic mutation in CYP2C19 gene a specific enzyme in the liver required for metabolism of clopidogrel. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to test these patients genetically at bedside and prescribe an alternative drug such as Ticagrelor (90 mg twice daily) or prasugrel ( 10mg once daily or 5mg once daily if the patient older than 75 years or a body weight < 60kg) if they are carriers of the allele 2 or 3 of the mutated gene.

Registry of the Magellan Robotic System
Peripheral Vascular DiseaseThe purpose of the registry is to gather both retrospective and prospective case data on the use of the commercially available Magellan Robotic System and Magellan Robotic Catheters in accordance with the approved intended use. For prospective cases, follow-up patient data will be collected at 14 days (± 5 days) post procedure to assess treatment success, primary patency of intended targeted vessel region, and adverse events. The data will be analyzed for medical education, societal presentation, and/or publication by the investigators. Over the next 2+ years, physicians who meet the selection criteria will be invited to participate in the registry.
