The purpose of this study is to assess the effects of Chinese medicine Shansong Yangxin capsule for sinus bradycardia complicated with ventricular premature beats.

To evaluate the effectiveness and safety of catheter ablation of frequent symptomatic PVCs in the pediatric population as first-line therapy compared with antiarrhythmic drugs.

This research will investigate the PPG signal morphology related to physiological and non- physiological changes in arrhythmia-related heart rate as well as the performance of the PPG-based features previously developed within the framework of the Mini-Holter study to discriminate between several cardiac arrhythmias. To this end, clinical data will be recorded on patients by using a wrist-based PPG monitor simultaneously with 12-lead ECG and intracardiac electrogram (EGM) signals at the university hospital in Lausanne. Importantly, this study will remain purely observational as it will not change the diagnostic and therapeutic management of the included patients, nor will it interfere with the time course of the procedures. The aim of enHEART study is to validate on a larger database the ability of several previously developed PPG-based features to detect a variety of cardiac arrhythmias.

Pacemapping is an essential tool during ablation of idiopathic PVC and VT. Automated template matching has been shown to have a significant influence on PVC ablation procedures, but the PASO module of CARTO3 has not been studied in a randomized trial. The Aim of this study is to evaluate the additional benefit of PASO template matching on PVC ablation procedure with regard to procedural parameters and outcome when compared with conventional pace mapping. A total of 144 pts will be randomised in a 1:1 fashion to PVC ablation guided by conventional pacemapping vs PVC ablation guided by PASO pacemapping. Patients will be follow up with Holter-ECG and TTE after 3 and 12 months.

The purpose of this study is to learn if taking a drug called direct oral anticoagulant after an ablation procedure keeps blood clots from forming and lowers the chance of having a stroke in patients with ventricular tachycardia or arrhythmia (VT).

The purpose of this study is to assess if Single Photon Emission Computed Tomography (SPECT) demonstrating cardiac innervation can be integrated into current electrophysiology voltage mapping system and provide improved guidance for ablation of PVCs.

Enhanced automaticity process is the underlying mechanism for arrhythmias due to excess catecholamines. Catecholamines may increase in patients with PVC. Metabolites of catecholamines are metanephrine and normetanephrine. Our aim is to measure 24 hours urine levels of metanephrine and normetanephrine.

Feasibility of Improving Risk Stratification in Brugada Syndrome (BrS), retrospective cohort study To study the reproducibility and specificity of V-CoS for activation heterogeneities predisposing to VT/VF in a larger series of BrS patients and determining the incidence of low V-CoS score in a larger cohort of control patients. Population of 10 patients undergoing ablation for non-VT arrhythmia, 10 patients with atrial fibrillation, 10 relatives of BrS sufferers, who have confirmation of no pathology,10 patients with previous out-of-hospital cardiac arrest due to ischaemia, but with full revascularisation and recovery of left ventricular function, 10 elite athletes, 50 BrS sufferers with previous sudden cardiac death or appropriate Implantable cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD) therapy for VT/VF. DURATION 3 years

Cardiac resynchronization therapy reduces mortality in patients with systolic heart failure and left bundle branch block. Reduced biventricular pacing can lead to therapy failure. Most effective mortality reduction was seen with a BiV pacing above 98%. Reduced BiV pacing is a common phenomenon with potential impact on CRT-response and pts' prognosis. Frequent ventricular ectopy may be associated with attenuated benefit from CRT. The investigators sought to systematically assess the effect of ventricular arrhythmia treatment on BiV pacing.

Retrospective registry will compare subjects who've undergone a mapping and/or ablation procedure for either ischemic ventricular tachycardia or premature ventricular contraction using an epicardial approach with either manual or remote magnetic navigation. Subjects will be compared with regards to safety, efficacy and mortality.
